We went into h samuels new George street for a new wedding ring tried a couple on they just weren’t quite right! But the sales advisor offered to find another I might like from what I had previously tried on, it was exactly what I wanted without knowing what I wanted very helpful

Very helpful
The member of staff that served us was really kind and helpful and helped my son chose a gold chain in remembrance of 2 of his late grandparents. He was really pleased with his purchase and the customer service was lovely.

Had an e-mail to say that my item has arrived so I went in to collect my item and was giving a very welcome.
The staff was very helpful and went to get my item .
She unwrapped the item to show me then wrapped it back up and placed it in a bag Excellent service.
