A little more care.
I had a repair carried out and whilst there, my wife saw a matching necklace and bracelet set she liked.
Repair fine to the fastener on a curb chain and the St Christopher was also polished. However, they kept the old fastener which they will obviously add to their scrap and make more money from it!
Regarding the set for my wife, this was a four figure item originaly priced, reduced in a sale. It was in a nice box. The box had a sticky lable on the outside of the box lid. It was unsightly and in attempting to remove it at home the box lid got damaged as the lable was exceptionally sticky!
The necklace and chain were also put back in the box, after my wife tried them on, twisted.
More attention to detail required.
Five stars would have been awarded otherwise as the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great value, great service, great jewellers!
Was looking for a watch and found exactly what I was looking for. Was even luckier as the shop was having a sale with an additional 20% off! Excellent bargain! Got myself a superb Citizen SS chronograph men's watch. The customer service was great and I left the shop feeling overjoyed. Definitely would recommend this jewellers. VERY happy customer.

Helpful and friendly service
Helpful and friendly service. I got two very beautiful Stirling silver chains, one for under £10 and the second for under £15. A lovely selection and they even polished the chains for me.

Upset and disappointed
Unfortunately the only thing delivered to me was an empty box. This was now a week ago and although my husband bought and paid for the ring.I still do not have it. I have been promised by various members of your team that it is being investigated. Meanwhile my 60th birthday has arrived and gone and I don't have my ring, or any sign that this will change. I am left feeling very upset and very disappointed in your service
