H.Samuel - Rhyl Avis 

Our 8-year-old daughter (E) had her ears pierced at the H Samuel store in Rhyl at the start of the summer holidays.

Lianne and Zoe were lovely with E, chatting to her and making sure she wasn't too nervous. E was really excited, and Lianne and Zoe helped make it an enjoyable and memorable experience for her, even taking a photo and giving her a certificate once she was done.

The care instructions were clearly explained and E's ears healed perfectly within the expected 6 weeks. We're looking forward to calling back in to choose some new earrings!

I visited H Samuel in Rhyl to have a ring resized. I have visited this store numerous times in the past and always receive great service and friendly staff. This visit was no exception. I had Lianne assist me with the ring resize and I was very pleased with the price she quoted me. I have had repairs and resizes done here before and the quality of work is outstanding.

Visited the Rhyl store with my daughter who was desperate for her ears piercing. They only had one piercer in (usually have 2) so had to do one ear at a time, she still wanted it doing. My daughter was reluctant to get her other ear done and was really anxious & kept pulling away. The piercer (Lianne) was absolutely amazing, so patient, didn’t rush her, tried ever tactic possible but my daughter just couldn’t bring herself to do it. She recommended that we go & get some air for 5 minutes & come back & try again, we did, we came back, my daughter was distracted by her new squishy, as Lianne discreetly snook up beside her & did the piercing without her realising. My girl was made up & didn’t know she’d done it. The staff in the shop made a big fuss of her & were all amazing. Must’ve been in shop for 3 hours (no exaggeration). My girl loves her earrings & loves showing them off. No redness, no swelling, she keeps forgetting they’re there, they look beautiful. Would definitely recommend this store, Lianne deserves a medal & a huge bonus in her wage for that day! Thank you ☺️

Donna was the lady that helped me choose my daughters 18th birthday gift was absolutely helpful

Donna at the Rhyl branch was absolutely amazing today helping us to choose the perfect engagement ring. She was professional, patient, I felt we had her full attention. Donna listened to my preferences of ring design, explored all options of delivery timescales etc. Overall an enjoyable experience for a special purchase. I will be returning to for bridesmaids gifts at the very least!

I went in to have two watch batteries replaced and received excellent service. Donna was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout. The service was quick and efficient — a really positive experience overall.

We went to Rhyl to buy a watch, Bee the shop assistant was very nice and helpful, she gave me a lot of advice on 2 different watches that i liked and in the end I bought the watch that I originally wanted. A white strap Hugo ladies watch, that is absolutely gorgeous. Bee is a credit to your company and we will definitely be back when we are on holiday again.

I had my ears pierced today at the Rhyl store by Zoe. The whole experience was very professional and quick and easy. Zoe was very knowledgeable and also friendly and polite making the whole experience very positive. She cleaned everything beforehand and then took time explain the procedure to me and she was very careful and attentive when doing the placements on my ears. I would definitely recommend this store for ear piercings and I will probably be back there again for my next pair once these have healed.

My daughter had her ears pierced, for the first time, at H Samuel, Rhyl. Zoe was amazing, she explained the process from start to finish, and put my daughter at ease, so much so, she barely flinched when the piercings were being done!

I popped in to exchange a watch that I purchased in London, but unfortunately I'd already had the same 1 ,I was warmly greeted by Lianne ,very friendly & courteous too. She helped me choose an alternative watch. Overall a very nice experience from her.

My Husband and I called in to purchase a Ruby ring for our 40th wedding anniversary the staff were wonderful Zoe was very helpful and we found the perfect ring highly recommend H Samuel’s Rhyl nice to actually be able to call in and get such great service .
