H.Samuel - West Bromwich Avis 

I needed a couple of links for my Citizen Watch, which I bought second-hand from a different shop, I went in
and the Young Lady went out of her way to help me.
She ordered the links, and when they were delivered she phoned me up, When I went in, She fitted the links, and Cleaned my watch for me. I recieved exceptional service from her, and was very Thankfull.

Excellent staff, especially Rhiannon, who goes out of her way to help.
The piercing process, was excellent & painless & the aftercare is brilliant. I have had my ears pierced several times in lots of shops, but this was the best & I will never go elsewhere.

I visited the West Bromwich store to exchange a watch that was to large for me , I received excellent care from Vicki who understood exactly the problem and helped with the exchange in a very pleasant friendly and professional way , she is a credit to H. Samuel many thanks

If I could have left a zero star rating I would off. A month ago my chain got broken and you guys said you’d be able to fix it in time for an event I was going to on the 11th june. I put my trust in you and was told it would be ready by 26th may 2023. Iv attached a screen shot of when it was dropped off . Today is the 7th of june so it’s been a total of 13 days since it should have been ready to collect. My partner went in today and was told they havnt even started the repair !!! Truly disappointed and angry. Their contact number doesn’t even work when trying to phone !!!! I’d like a contact number I can reach. It’s been almost a month since dropping the chain of to yourselves

I purchased a watch on sale 12/03/2021. Manufacturer is Accurist, watch is water resistant to 50m. Watch stopped working 3/07/2022. I took it back to H Samuel store for a check. They stated it is most likely the battery! shocking, lasted only 15 months! They state they cannot change the battery because watch is water resistant and if they did it would no longer be water resistant. They state they can send it away for new battery .. at a price of £43.50 !!!!.
I said I expected this to be covered by the guarantee. They said H Samuel are not responsible for the guarantee and it is no longer covered by manufacturer either !!! I stated what if it's not battery and faulty? they said we can repair at an additional cost !!! ... watch cost £70 on sale - they expect me to pay over 50% it's value in battery change and possibly more if its faulty !!!! ... I feel cheated and so out of pocket, not to mention the fact that it was a gift to someone ... horrible service and no value for money. Poor Poor experience.

Having read some reviews on another site which were very disparaging about H Samuel,I was delighted to find that the staff(Beth and Jade),at the West Bromwich branch,were as charming and helpful as I could possibly have wished.especialy Beth,who took great pains to ensure I was satisfied with my watch and re-sizing.Praise also to Louise on the website,who sourced my purchase for me,and arranged for it to be sent to my local store.

Went in shop, pointed out the product I wanted to buy, paid for it and left the shop in less than five minutes. I like quick and fast service.

Nice place i brough my husband and my son a birthday watch and they were really nice welcoming assistance helping choose the latest watches not just that they helped me price match the market and gave me a very big savings on the watches, only thing was the outer package wasnt in good condition. 😊

The young blonde lady who served us was so pleasant. We were honestly holding back from purchasing the bracelets but she was quick to point out some nice ones and very easy to talk to.
