Online and in store, I am impressed with the quality of customer care.
I must particularly highlight Lydia in the Wood Green store for her customer service and professionalism. She went above and beyond to help me with an order and solved my issue promptly.

I visited h.samual in woodgreen on Sunday 3rd of July,to repair my dad's watch where he had a recent fall and broke the strap. A lovely man by the name of Mo, not only did he repair the watch he also went the extra mile and cleaned it thoroughly for me. I am very grateful, and happy with my excellent experience.

The customer service was excellent thank you for the commitment and hard working specially Mr Nick for his dedication and and the rest of the stuff for helping us to get what we want. God bless

Horrible experience. Bought a collect in store item. Turns out my item was sold to someone else. Fair enough. Contacted customer services numerous times to get a refund. They could not get through the store for 3 days!!!!! Then, I get anm email about collecting my item???? And it turns out I have to wait for the store to return something I NEVER saw to start the refund????!!! I can't belive that I will only have my money in TWO weeks after I NEVER saw the item? At this point I recommend DO NOT USE . EVER. Go to Ali Express . They are on the other side of the world. But much more reliable and honest than the H Samuel down the street.

The service I've received at many visit was a excellent service as well as Nick the sales rep always find exactly what I want plus more. Nick is an asset to this branch as I go to many other store and never received this service anywhere else. I'd like to express my appreciation to NICK because he's a amazing and knowledgeable about all the product H. Samuels have to offer. Thank you!

Very helpful and polite young man. He changed the battery in my husband's watch and fitted a new watch strap.

Visited the Wood green branch and was served by Mohamad (Mo) he was fantastic and lovely and cheerful plus helped when when my daughters watch was out if stock in regards to me purchasing another. The young lady, Saha (sorry if I got ur name wrong, spcially as I asked for their names, so this was actually a coincidence i saw this trustpilot email!...but) she was good telling me exactly how the watch operated. Mo was even kind enough to write a Happy Birthday message for my 10yr old which made her feel soooooo special!!

Purchased a watch online for my grandson. Picked it up by click and collect in store. When I opened the case one half of the strap was not even attached to the main watch face... I took it back to the store and they couldn’t fix it saying it was a manufacturer’s fault.. I am not clear how this managed to pass quality control in order to be sent out to a customer.. shocking really. My grandson was very disappointed not to be able to wear his birthday present . I will not be buying anything from here again.

The manager at the Wood Green branch was lovely. She was attentive and gave excellent customer service.
