The person who served me was polite and efficient. The watch I bought was on sale and I spent much less than I had budgeted for to buy the make and spec I wanted. A query to the manufacturer was dealt with promptly and effectively.

I bought a very expensive watch about…
I bought a very expensive watch about three years ago that I could not reset the lady in the shop spent many long hours to try a fix it eventually she thought she had sussed it but the watch stopped working again! Eventually she managed to get it working again and even photocopied in large writing the instruction manual!

Efficient, polite and reliable
Just went in for a watch battery, which was fitted in an hour. Covid measures were in place before we went into the shop to drop the watch off and collect it.

oN 20.4.21, i visited your shop in Middle Street, Yeovil, to make a small purchase and whilst there I enquired about a replacement battery for a small travel clock. I was amazed that the assistant had taken it to her colleague and within about three minutes the battery was fitted and clock working. The reason why I was so amazed was that a few days prior to my visit I had been to another jewelers in town and had been told it would take about two weeks to replace the battery.
What I very efficient and willing workforce you had in your shop. Bianca and Kim gave the sort of service that is so often missing these days. Many, many thanks to you all.
