Looking for my mothers 60th birthday…
Looking for my mothers 60th birthday present I had a vision in my head of a gold bracelet with 6 pearls set in it (one for each decade). I tried a few other shops and stores prior, but in H Samuels in York, I was served by a lovely lady named 'Eddie' who helped me locate a lovely version of what I had in mind and at a reasonable price.

Lady was very helpful and very pleasant,I was 60 in may 2021 this yr so got new earrings, every time me and my husband go to york for holiday we sometimes go into Samuels, bought a new engagement ring from there and another time a wishbone ring to go with my new engagement ring.All ladies have been very helpful and we come out happy

New watchstrap
Friendly and efficient. After looking around lots of other places (some who clearly weren't interested in "only" a watchstrap) it was refreshing to find someone who took me seriously.
