Gorgeous MCC from South Africa. Well packaged and delivered the next day.

The most awful customer experience. Wine arrived damaged, MD very apologetic and quick response then the next day blamed me - implying I had damaged the case. Unbelievable
Acknowledged they had issues with DHL and would be moving to DPD. DHL driver admitted the sorters throw around the deliveres.

It was sorted with a replacement in the end but no company should accuse their customers like this. On this experience I will never buy from them again.

Incredibly sorry, I will organise replacement to be sent tomorrow for you. I am aware that we have been having issues with DHL and we are in the process as we speak of moving to DPD to hopefully see if they can be more efficient and delicate in handling our wines.

I can assure you we package wines for despatch in a more than adequate way, but we are aware that DHL’s service level has dropped far below what we expect from our couriers.

If any bottles can be salvaged we are more than happy for you to keep free of charge, and along with replacements I will also organise a credit for you to use on a future purchase.

Hi Darren,

We have had confirmation through from DHL from their POD team. From what they have said and the picture, the parcel doesn’t seem to have sustained the level of damage your pictures showed when dropped off by them.

I would be willing to offer a full refund and collection of the wines.

Had an issue with delivery. Not at all the fault of Fine Wines, but they replaced the bottle no questions. Saved me a lot of hassle. Will definitely use again. Thanks guys.
