They also provide CAD drawings and even make samples to make sure they create the perfect ring for you. Their packaging is on another level, providing an unforgettable experience to whoever is lucky enough to recieve their products. Humaiyra Jewellery are brilliant at what they do. From the consultation all the way through to collection of the ring, they were really helpful, patient and were incredibly professional. They gave regular updates on the design and progress of the creation of the ring. The ring has turned out so much better than expected and I can’t wait to give it to my wife to be. Couldn’t speak more highly of Humaiyra and Yusuf! They made the process the easiest thing I’ve ever had to do. Prior to our consultation I found it quite confusing and overwhelming looking at rings but they were thorough and clear through the whole process. They were super responsive whatever time of day and reassuring as I found myself to be indecisive as this is a a huge decision! I am so happy with my ring, it is beyond perfect and I love it so much.

The consultation is structured beautifully to help you understand all the options carefully. The consultants take time to help you make choices around the various styles, cuts and sizes available. The team note down your preferences, walk you through the process and timings and offer clear explanations to any questions. The informative appointment was followed up with an email brochure and two quotations for a personalised design that I could review in my own time and then follow up with the team as I wished.

The team were incredibly professional, made me feel relaxed, were clearly seasoned professionals in their field and knew how to help me narrow down my preferences to two bespoke designs that met my requirements, budget and personal details preferences.

Humaiyrah’s customer service is very impressive and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

A lovely bespoke service. We were able to design our ring from scratch with the expertise of Humaiyra. The communication throughout the entire design process has been brilliant and the ring turned out perfect. Their customer service is exceptional, down to coming in clutch on the wedding day for photos. Our main ring was delayed due to covid and Humaiyra went to great lengths to hand deliver the sample on such short notice to fill in for the original.
