Humberside Airport Avis 10

Disgusting how the let 2excel aviation flights fly from here! Spraying the skies with the white sh!t yet its supported by locals. Should be ashamed

We welcomed at the KLM Booking desk in Humberside by Geoff who gave fantastic customer service. He organised priority boarding for us and went out of his way to make everything go smoothly for us. Passport control was efficient and staff were great

Had three flights cancelled in less than four weeks

we had to wait 1 hour after getting off plane as no staff/boarder control to let us through. this was disgrace and gives airport a bad reputation. in this one hour wait we had no access to food drinks and toilets, and i actually asked for toilet and was asked to get back on plane to use theirs!!

Thought I’d travel from here for convenience what a mistake!!!
Flight delayed missed the connecting flight at Amsterdam only to be greeted by the most rudest staff I’ve ever seen and it wasn’t even our fault would I ever travel from humberside again not a chance!!!!!!

As I only live 15 minutes away Humberside is by far and away my most convenient airport.

What I love is its simplicity. Bowl up, through security and at the gate with a coffee in less than 5 minutes.

Landing, passport and in to the car park in less than 3 minutes!

Only thing I wish is more choice but with Humberside being served by Eastern/KLM to Amsterdam no where is off limited but as a result it’s super expensive 🤦🏻‍♂️ some competition wouldn’t go amiss.

We recently took a flight from Humberside airport to Enontikio Finland.
Our flight was due to leave at 10am so we arrived at 7.45am giving us just over 2 hrs to get checked in and grab some duty free and a bite to eat before the flight.
Humberside is a small airport and there was only 2 flights due out, ours and a KLM flight.
It took the staff at the airport nearly the whole 2hrs 15 we were there to get us through to the departure lounge.
Yes security is important and yes this is a small airport but to be stood queing for this long for one of only two flights was ridiculous. No duty freeand no breakfast either.
On our return a few days later our pilot had to announce only a few miles short of Humberside that we had to 'Circle around because the airport was not fully open and not ready for us'
You just couldn't write it!!.
Must do better Humberside, your organisation is shocking.

Sell you a family holiday!! That isn't suitable for children at all.
We got a drug fuelled holiday fit for people on stags or hens.
I complained on day one! About noise..
It only got worse from there.
I genuinely thought booking local guaranteed good service 😂😂.
I was wrong!.
These and balkan are awful 😖 avoid and go with a real provider!.

We were scheduled to fly from Leeds to Amsterdam on April 23, however, even though we had booked in January, checked in our luggage and been given boarding passes, we were bumped. We were sent by taxi to Hull Humberside for the later flight. We had a long wait, which was made much easier by the most comfortable lounge we had ever encountered and the cleanest toilets we have ever seen anywhere.

There was a zigzag ramp to enter the plane, which is much easier than the usual steep steps. Even though we had lost 7 hours of our trip, being at Humberside was a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic staff at Humberside Customer Services and Swissair. We hit a wall of silence and robots with a simple query with KLM.
HA & Swissair tried everything they could to help us get some answers.
