Hypnos Beds Avis 

At first as expected we found the bed firm but comfortable. After a couple of weeks we got used to it and now no longer notice firmness. A great sleep and no stiffness first thing in the morning.

I've never slept so well! The most comfortable bed ive ever purchased. Had the bed a few months now and its honestly life changing. Im sleeping so much better. The quality of the bed is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress

I find my bed is pleasantly cool and extremely comfortable. The 'firmer' mattress reaches the happy medium between soft and too hard.

I really love my Hypnos bed. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The mattress is so deep that it stands higher than any I've owned. I literally do have to climb into bed. It was cosy during the winter months and now that it's warmer I don't get overheated. The wool smell took some getting used to when it first arrived. It took a few weeks to wear off but I almost miss it now. I wish I'd bought one years ago.

I've slept in many beds in hotels around the world and since I bought my Hypnos bed/mattress, I've never had such a comfortable and restful nights sleep.
In my opinion this is the most comfortable bed in the world. I recommend it to anyone buying a new mattress

I have purchased a Hypnos bed before so i knew the Quality

The mattress we had was 15years old and passed it, went looking for a new mattress and was recommended to the Hynos mattress that we tried in the store. It's not to firm and not to soft it's perfect.

I bought a Hypnos bed three years ago. It was exchanged after a few months for a second mattress. We have not slept on the bed since we bought it as both mattresses literally stink. I’m told it’s the lanolin in the mattress. Maybe but it stinks. Not only that but the smell transfers to the sheets, pillows, duvet. It’s awful. I honestly wish I had never purchased it.

On going into mattress man, we knew which make of mattress we wanted. They had a great choice of hypnos mattress, after trying them all we decided on one. The quality of the mattress is superior to many other makes. Usually getting a new mattress takes time to get used to, but we had a brilliant night's sleep from day one.
I would highly recommend this mattress.

I went to buy a mattress at an independent bed supplier as I like to support local business.
Mistake!!
I weigh 48.5 kgs and I am a side sleeper
I was directed to the deluxe cotton mattress.
It was lovely in store and comfortable I lay on it for 30 minutes and it was fine.
However when it arrived it was a lot firmer, I have had excessive hip shoulder and rib pain from day 1 as these pressure points are not compressing the comfort layer due to my low weight
I should never have been advised that this was suitable for me
I have spoken to the store whose offer to resolve the situation was
We can swap it for the shop soiled version!
Buy a sprung bed base!
Buy a hypnos topper mattress !
I am awake most of the night as it is so uncomfortable and painful
Hypnos customer service are totally uninterested stating that the contract is with the store and we cannot do anything!!
£1200 of wasted money

Lesson learned, chain store in future that have trial periods if your mattress is not right once you sleep on it at home and DO not buy hypnos

The bed is high quality, firm and comfortable.

My pillow top mattress is like sleeping on the most cosy feathery duvet. Best mattress ever, wish I had bought it 45 years ago.

So much more relaxing. After years of neglect.

I have had an appalling experience with Hypnos. My 4 year old elite postural alpaca mattress is on its way to the tip ! Lumpy, uncomfortable and the 10 year guarantee is a joke...Hypnos did not want to know, never mind want to assist, they just dismissed my issues. I hadn't registered my purchase,proof of purchase is not enough apparently. I have persistently tried to get someone to acknowledge that I have a valid complaint...to no avail.It has been an uncomfortable and expensive experience....im very disappointed indeed ,never again !

This is the second Hypnos mattress. First one last 16 years although really needed to be replaced. This one is fabulous and really supportive and comfortable. Very pleased after 2 months of much better sleep. Highly recommend Hypnos as a brand. Quality British made.

Just so comfortable. We both now sleep easily and awake refreshed

Great mattress and quality of sleep has improved compared with our Emma. Was a bit pricey but hopefully it will last a long time.
