Desired currency not in stock, not informed until after order placed and therefore next day delivery delayed by a day. Good exchange rate.

Thank you for your review and your feedback which is always valuable to us. We apologise that on this occasion the currency you required was out of stock for a day. The system does let you place an order but then will show up as out of stock once the order is in the system., despite this, we are pleased that you were happy with the exchange rate.

A very easy and quick transaction keep well informed every step. Arrived on date even though had been warned due to circumstances it could be delayed a day. Easy instructions to follow and clear on exchange rates given.
