Formal complaint regarding manager

Your manager at the Stonebriar location should be investigated and removed immediately. To make a comment to my daughter who works there that she has amnesia and forget things is unprofessional and unacceptable. For her response to me to be report me...only because she know the business is closing shows she has no morals or values. I her next place of employment is made aware as well.

Order Lost I Guess

Order was placed on December 2nd, never arrived, tracking keeps saying it will arrive by 9pm (has said this for two weeks straight every day) finally got through to customer service they provided no explanation. To their credit they claim that a refund has been issued, but I have yet to see said refund. Will not purchase from this company again.

Poor turn around time

I tried placing an order last night and couldnt finish the transaction with my credit card because it kept glitching. So i tried it again and now i have no balance on my gift card. So then i called the 1-800 number. It gices a response saying that it is closed and said what the hours are and hung up. Then i called talked to customer service that was on speaker. She apologized that the microphone. Then after explaining.. she said thatvit would take 48hrs for a response then an additional 7 days to get a new card if that is the case. That is frustrating. So my 6 old daughter has to wait that long to get a her money. This is just unacceptable. I have worked at other high retailers and the turn around is that day or the next day.
Just poor.

I had a great experience with Icing online ordering and customer service

I placed my first order with Icing this week. I have to be honest that I saw some negative reviews on another site and thought twice before I ordered, but the sale they were offering was so good I decided to take a chance. I am very pleased. The order was correct and received quickly. And, there was a computer issue that I had to contact customer service about. My order, for some unknown reason, didn't show up in my account, so I called customer service to make sure my order was received. The person I spoke to was nice and helpful and had the problem resolved in seconds. So, I can honestly say that their customer service support is good also. I overall had a very good shopping experience with Icing and I will shop there again.

5 stars and an A+ (for Icing in Cordova Mall)

The Icing store that is located in the mall in Pensacola, FL is the best! The staff is always helpful and very sweet. Often times when I travel I will shop in an Icing store that is an out of town store and not the store in Pensacola. I have experienced good customer service, bad customer service, and no customer service at all at these other stores. I’m proud to say as a Pensacola “local” that the only kind of customer service that I have ever experienced at the Pensacola Icing store is GREAT customer service and this is literally every single time I’m there! The sales associates aren’t too pushy and they don’t hover over you while you shop, they aren’t rude or snobby, and they have me convinced that they truly and genuinely really love their job! A business owner can’t ask for more than this... that’s for sure! 5 stars and an A+ from this teacher and coach who is known to grade hard and coach tough for ALL of you at the Icing store located in Pensacola, Florida (inside of Cordova Mall)! Thank you for always making my shopping experience at Icing enjoyable, stress free, and fun!
