I have been using IC Property to mange my properties for over 8 years. In this time I've have had a number of tenants in my properties that have come and go, but each time, Sharon, Jasmine and Jessica have managed to ensure I've had no problems or issues. Unlike other agencies I've dealt with in the past, Jasmine, actually communicates what is happening and makes you feel comfortable and confident any issues would be resolved. Another thing to note, which for a landlord is helpful, is they take their fees as a percentage when you are paid, not a lump sum a year in advance. I would highly recommend them..

IC property really helped me with my property. A bad idea trying to rent to property myself, after my tenants moved out and left the property in a bad condition in only 6 months I wasn't sure where to start from. I gave IC property a set of my keys and I was stress free from that day and I haven't looked back since. They quoted for my property to done up to a good condition and they took the payment from me in instalments so while I was still receiving rent, I also got my bill paid off in 6 months.
