Tried, tried & tried - Useless.

What will ‘probably’ happen - i’ll get a refund from the supplier (Amazon) without any advice or explanation
I DONT WANT A REFUND, I PREFER THE ITEM I PURCHASED.

Sad to say I too have had frustrations

Sad to say I too have had frustratingly bad experience. The item tracking shows transferred from Kogan to iCumulus. It is sitting at iCumulus dept for 12 days. Never, had to wait this long for an item Melbourne to QLD. I mistakenly thought a company that has been around as long as Kogan has would be ok. It’s not. If magic happens today it will still be 21 day delivery. Not good enough. I wish I had had shopped local.

4 wks and still nothing has happened. It is still sitting at the icumulus depot.

I made it very clear I would be returning the item asap. I was told it’s not usual and may not work but Kogan made a return to Kogan order. 5 wks after purchase and payment it has been sent back to Kogan. I doubt it was ever sent. I think it was sent on paper so it looked like Kogan honoured their dispatch within 2 days offer. I am still waiting for my refund. Hoping it will come within 8 wks. I will never shop Kogan again. Integrity matters.

Icumulus Global Express, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

FREIGHT presumed STOLEN by Icumulus Global Express!
Reported to Qld Police on 20 October.

These "lame mule couriers" at Icumulus Global Express
( AXN HOLDINGS PTY LTD ACN: 639 792 626),
have had my package since Tuesday 27 September where according to the Icumulus Global Express tracker it sat at the Icumulus Global Express depot for 8 DAYS!
Then all of a sudden on Fri 7 October 6pm the Icumulus Global Express tracking online tells me it is in transit between depots .

I get heaps of deliveries, and as an example, if Toll etc get my goods in Docklands or Geelong on a Thursday or Friday, I have it in the office at Townsville by the following Tuesday AM, Wednesday the latest, TOPS 6 days from when most couriers pick up said items.
With Icumulus Global Express , 14 DAYS since they say it left their Melbourne depot and counting, STILL NO GOODS!

After much investigation I find the Icumulus Global Express phone number, 1300 164 220
DONT BOTHER!
I got through to Icumulus Global Express twice, but all the other times you are in a queue with background music for 6 minutes, then they hang up without even answering. Icumulus Global Express' phone is programed to hang up on you after 6 minutes, and checking ones call log proves this, see pic No.4 below

BEWARE KOGAN CUSTOMERS! CHRISTMAS SHOPPERS BEWARE!!

KOGAN will continue using Icumulus Global Express Irregardless of the hundreds of BAD online REVIEWS because they are CHEAP, and KOGAN DOES NOT CARE!!
Since I have threatened LEGAL ACTION against KOGAN and Icumulus Global Express, now KOGAN have updated their website offering FREE SHIPPING!, YES, FREE SHIPPING, (see screenshot No.3)
maybe thinking offering FREE SHIPPING removes the customers right to complain about waiting much much longer for deliveries than using a REPUTABLE courier, who knows!

If you intend shopping with KOGAN, DEMAND they do not use Icumulus Global Express!
Best to send them an email or use their online form BEFORE YOU BUY to make sure of this!
As with Icumulus Global Express, these are the only ways you can communicate with KOGAN , ONLINE!

Pic No.5 below will show KOGAN's dispatch was TWO DAYS LATE too!

Keep this in mind when doing your Christmas shopping online!

UPDATE! KOGAN has given me a refund for the $49.99 freight charge for my goods!

UPDATE! Just checked Icumulus Global Express tracker at 8pm today Sunday 09 October and after 12 days am told it has been received in "DEPOT QUEENSLAND", but WHERE IN QUEENSLAND? Since Sunday 9 October all attempts to find out from Icumulus Global Express WHERE and WHICH DEPOT have failed!

UPDATE! Have just learnt that the "depot" is actually in BRISBANE and has left Brisbane to Townsville TODAY!
This means, it took 12 days for Icumulus Global Express to transport my goods from Melbourne to Brisbane!
My LAME MULE description of this Icumulus Global Express circus STANDS!

At 1430hrs Thursday 13 October, I learn from Icumulus Global Direct that my package won't be delivered here in Townsville till MONDAY OR TUESDAY!
Meaning I will PROBABLY get my package THREE WEEKS AFTER Icumulus Global Direct RECEIVED IT IN BRISBANE! A new transport record!

17 October.
Tracker tells me the order is in transit! Does this mean my order that has been sitting in Brisbane since Sunday 02 October is now finally on the road to Townsville!
After I was told last week it left Brisbane last Thursday and I would get it today or tomorrow?

Here I am Friday October 21 STILL NO DELIVERY 24 DAYS AFTER Icumulus Global Express received my air conditioner in their Melbourne depot and 29 days after ordering my air conditioner from KOGAN AND COUNTING!

At this time, one can honestly say that a HORSE AND BUGGY would have been quicker!
Distance between Melbourne and Townsville 2497km.
This means the hourse could travel 104km per day.
If horse worked 8 hours a day it would have to travel at a speed of 13km per hour.
A leisurely strole even for a lame mule!

THANKS KOGAN FOR USING THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE, will never purchase ANYTHING from you lot EVER AGAIN!!

As a Matter of comparison, I have purchased an Air Purifier from Melbourne with FREE SHIPPING. They guaranteed it will leave the DOCKLANDS warehouse Friday 14th, AND IT DID with BORDER EXPRESS! Let's see how long IT TAKES for THAT to reach Townsville with a REPUTABLE courier!

One will keep you all updated.

Got the air purifier TODAY PM Wednesday 19 October 6 DAYS after I ordered it!
It came from Melbourne too via BORDER EXPRESS! Consignment - PPCK26836083
