So, still no response from the spammers from IDC Technologies. Fyi, they have NO United States Presence despite what their website or false advertising states.

Had a recruiter contact me on linkedin about a role. This was on 5pm on a friday. Sent through a position description, and then wanted to haggle over wage. I told them my minimum, they offered way below, i said "no" and up the price went, eventually they agreed to my minimum. The messages kept coming as i went to dinner with a friend, wanting to know if i could make a meeting time, trying to get me to agree to times i couldn't do, saying it'll only take an hour. I eventually just said yes to get them off my back. A day or so later, on the weekend, i got around to research the company they were hiring for and decided it wasn't a company i would want to work for. I let the recruiter know. THey started to give me a lecture about how unprofessional I was, and how i should attend the interview. You have got to be joking! Felt like they were talking down to me as if i was a 5 year old. I promptly told them where to go and blocked them on Linked in. This is NOT how you get quality candidates... and you need to train your staff to not talk down to people. Avoid. It's all about the money, that was made clearly obvious, and i've never EVER had such a bad experience with an Australian based recruiter (They're indian based, no surprise).
So far so good with my career at IDC Technologies Inc. Didn't have spam issues like other reviews during on boarding. Perhaps I got lucky. My project got cancelled because of client, but IDC stepped in and got me another role. Happy with their service.
From day one the London office has a slap dash approach to everything. Their phone staff can barely speak English and they're sitting so close to their colleagues that you can hear other conversations clearly which is very distracting. They are incapable of answering basic questions over the phone and email and their GDPR compliance is shoddy. They want way too much unnecessary information and when questioned they hide behind their default excuse of 'because HMRC Guidelines'.
They do not properly communicate their signup requirements to their customers and to get a straight answer or clarification out of them is near impossible.
The email correspondence is in broken English - often difficult to decipher. Emails bounce all the time to their domain. There is also no email or phone contact for London, which makes things even more difficult. I used to have a contact person in the company, but he's since left and I was given no other point of contact.
I’ve emailed the general info@ account with an urgent query. Got an auto responder and a week later nobody has bothered to contact me.
I constantly have to pick up the admin slack to get anything moving. IDC is a service provider but they barely manage to do the bare minimum to start with.
Unfortunately with the IR35 requirements that were set to change in April 2020 in the UK (now delayed by a year) we were not given any other choice other than IDC for an PAYE/umbrella company.
If I had a choice I’d ditch this useless company immediately.
