I’m honestly blown away by how good IHavanas is. They have an excellent selection, very competitive prices, and outstanding service. Over the past three months, I’ve ordered roughly €3,000 worth of cigars, both Cuban and non-Cuban.
Shipping is very fast, packaging is excellent, and all cigars have arrived in perfect condition — clearly authentic and thoroughly checked. What really sets IHavanas apart, though, is their communication and customer service.

I once had an order that was incorrectly labeled on the CN22 form, which resulted in a higher declared value than the actual contents. After a few emails back and forth, they not only issued a store credit, but also offered to cover the additional taxes I had to pay due to the mistake. That level of accountability is rare.
Given the depth of their stock — especially in 2025 — combined with their professionalism and reliability, IHavanas has become my go-to retailer. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended.

Just ordered davidoff anniversario no 2 from them for $330. Was skeptical at first as the price was so good but they came packaged super well in a sealed package with a boveda 69% pack inside. Shipping took a bit but it’s expected since they shipped from Hungary. 5/5 will order again for the great price I got

They were a good company considering their lower price tags, I know for certain their cigars are not the best ,as if they buy stocks of older cigars,but my experience is that their cigars are 💯 Cuban and not fake... unfortunately without further notice they stopped all Cuban shipments to USA...so forget about ratings,as we know the USA is the number one for Cuban cigars online purchases.they offer now to ship some junk cigars that are easily purchased locally for half their prices , meaning non Cuban cigars,so long ihavana ,I was a loyal customer for over 10 years with no bad experiences whatsoever like I am encountering today with other cigar companies.

Recently caught selling fake cuban cigars - go have a look on Reddit, their scam has been exposed, and their emails were disclosed.

"Bryan" the main manager has threatened a customer and eventually banned his account after years of purchasing from iHavanas, simply because he got scammed on his last order, and exposed it all.

Do your research people and only buy from trusted, vetted, approved vendors. Avoid at all cost, your cigars won't be authentic if you buy here.

Purchased some cigars from these guys and turns out theyre 100% fake. Very very disappointing considering how much i paid. Will be disputing this my credit card company and shouldnt have a problem getting a refund. Avoid buying anything from these guys

Hi guys I just bought 2 boxes of No,54 Quai D’Orsay from IHabana and was the worst cigars i ever smoked; eventually they were fake.
I sent two emails to Ihanana and there is no response, don’t believe them the cigars that they are selling are not Cuban

I bought the cigar that never received
and they won't returned my money back, don't buy cigar here. Most terrible shopping experience i ever met.

I have been buying cigars here for literally close to 20 years. Authentic every time and anytime there’s been any confusion or issue with shipping Bryan has been very helpful. 100% authentic every time.

iHAVANAS considered one of the best companies that I have dealt with, if not the first, and I highly recommend it. You can put your trust in them, especially Mr. Bryan . I really respect this man.

Medium rating for now. I thought these shipped from Switzerland however the tracking has it coming from Wuhan, China!!

I live in libya but ihavanas doesn't ship there , i hope they fix this

Well I just got back into the Cuban game, I took some time off. Now I'm back! I found out my old supplier which I used for 10 plus years has no stock, so I was looking for a new supplier. So i gave ihavanas a shot. I ordered a box of Parts no 6s. The communication was great, they shipped them out quick with tracking, and they got to me before expected. They were packed great. I recommend ihavanas to anyone that is new to the Cuban game or any Vets. Ihavanas is legit!!!! Putting my next order together for next week. Feels good to be back. Thanks Bryan. Ihavanas give them a shot before you get ripped off somewhere else.

Note to all: the only way to be sure about counterfeit is a blue light test with the brands that use holograph. Otherwise you are guessing. The major forgers out these get everything right -- box, date, stamps, the note on that fragile paper -- everything.

I ordered box of Quai cigares and never got the package. Email that twice and no respond. Very disappointing

Been ordering for years. Never gotten a bad box. Definitely are not fake cigars; I have had plenty of friends and family try to give me a Cuban in return for one I gave them. Some they “bought on the beach in DR”, some they “bought from a friend from Mexico”. Fakes are easy to spot after smoking cigars for 12 years.

I have purchased from Ihavana for 5 years. While I have received a few boxes which was tight and unsmokable. They always make the purchase right. I have 6 or 7 hundred cigars in my 4 humidors. They are most definitely taking advantage of the pandemic. I have never received a fake box. I. Have never received a moldy box.. Bryan is an upstanding guy..

I bought Jose Piedra cazadores from iHavana. I've stored cigars in my humidor for years at 70% or just below. I've never had a cigar mold. 1 week after getting the cazadores they began to mold. I reached out to iHavanas to inform them they were shipping old, prone to mold cigars.

A rep named Bryan replied, giving me a science lecture on mold and that it is everywhere (thanks for the revelation!). And then proceeds to offer customer service that involved me wiping the mold off and smoking the cigars. Hence, the 1-star rating....

Zero fake cigars on Ihavanas, perfect, sweet real Cubans every time. I've ordered 162 boxes, every box was legate and delicious. One should not gravitate to Cohiba, still trips me out fools must have them. Cohibas are crazy expensive and due to the high price, will disappoint. The Juan Lopez, Trindad, Partagas, all great and worth every penny. I lost one box in the mail and Ihavanas sent me two boxes as replacement.

If you receive young, recently boxed, Cuban cigars, they will often be “tight” (boxed date is stamped on bottom of each box). DO NOT TRY TO SMOKE TIGHT CUBANS! Put them away and return in six months, a year or even two years. It’s the penalty one must pay if one enjoys Cubans. Collecting and smoking Cuban cigars is a job involving aging, storing, humidifying and rotating your collection. You will never received a bunk order from IHavanas.

As for moldy cigars…I think some of the reviews are fake. IHavanas will never call you (as stated in one fake review), all communication will be via email. Why would I not be willing to send IHavanas photos of damaged cigars? Brian is the cat I dealt with and he’s always helpful and fair.

I have bought from Ihavana for years. I have spent thousands of dollars from them. I have had problems with some of them being to tight. They will give you a discount. I have never had a box that was molded. You can check their authentication from Havana S.A. my only problem with them is this. The last year has seen their prices rise where they are no longer the cheapest out there. A pity they are taking advantage of the pandemic.

They don't send from Switzerland, that's a lie. It's the same company as COH made to look like another website. It took 4 weeks for my order to arrive and I also had to pay duty.
