İkasFX Hakkında Dikkat – Mağduriyetim

Arkadaşlar merhaba,

Benim amacım kimseyi karalamak değil, sadece yaşadığım tecrübeyi paylaşarak başkalarının aynı mağduriyeti yaşamamasını sağlamak.

İkasFX isimli forex şirketi üzerinden yatırım yaptım. İlk başta kazanç vaadiyle yönlendirdiler, ancak para çekim taleplerim hiçbir şekilde karşılanmadı. Defalarca talep açmama rağmen sürekli bahanelerle oyalandım.

Türkiye ayağı X platformu ve telegram üzerinden Saygın Yılmazer (Saygınhoca) ve Bora Kaplan (Bora_HOC4) isminde kişiler tarafından süreç yönetiliyor türkiye ayakları bu isimler hesap yönetimi yada copytrade şeklinde yönlendirip sonra hesabı patlatıyorlar tabi siz kendim toparlarım dersenizde para çekerken problemler başlıyor.

Telegram üzerinden reklam yapan kişiler aracılığıyla yatırımcı topluyorlar.
Yatırdığınız parayı geri almak neredeyse imkânsız.
Ben şu anda Cumhuriyet Savcılığı’na suç duyurusunda bulunma aşamasındayım. Ayrıca SPK ve BTK’ya da şikâyetimi ilettim. Aynı şekilde lisans firması ve denetleyici kurumada bildirdim .

Başka bir arkadaşım düşmesin sakın.

Arkadaşlar İKAS FOREX aşağıdaki açıklamasına istinaden tekrar açıklama yazmak istedim ;

Kendileri 12500 dolarıma el koymustur. tarafıma sözleşme imzalamam karşılıgında anaparamı iade etmek ve başka hiçbir param kalmadığını imzalı teyit etmem istenmiştir hatta mailde bunu regületör saglayıcısının bu sekilde istedigini söylediler.

Kendilerini regületör saglayıcısına ve gerekli yasal kuruluslara sikayet ettigimde dönüşler aldım. Regületör saglayıcı böyle bir talepleri olmadığını merdiven altı bu saglayıcının tarafımı magdur ettigini konuyu incelediklerini belirtmiştir.

Kendilerini fsu ve gerekli bakanlıklara ayrıca sikayet ediyor olacagım. Bu cevapta belirttikleri gibi otomatik para cekme vs olmamakla birlikte cevaplarının kendilerini savunur hiçbir tarafı yoktur. Hatta hepsi kanıtlı olarak tarafımda beklemektedir.

Kendileride burada kurumsal bir şirket gibi açıklama yazmışlar ama gerçekler bu şekilde asla degildir.

Diğer sayfalarda da resimli kanıtlarını yüklüyor olacagım. Forex sitesi tarafımı dolandırmış ve parama el koymuştur zorla dayatma sözleşmeler ile anapara geriye verme vaadi yapmaktadır. Buradaki asıl amaç sözleşme imzalatıp kendilerini aklamaktır.

Bu yüzden sayın forex iddaalarıma cevap vermeni bekliyorum kimligim orada araştıp üyeligimi görebilirsin.
