I had a great experience working with the people at IMB Racewear throughout the entire process of my No-Limits gloves. The designer I worked with was punctual and quick to respond for each version of the design that we came up with, and I didn't feel rushed to make a final decision on the design before it was sent into production.
There were a few complications with the factory, but the customer service representatives I interacted with were very proactive about solving any issues that arose in an effective and efficient manner.
The gloves themselves exceeded all expectations when they arrived. The quality is phenomenal, the colors very vibrant, they are comfortable and fit just as the size guide said they would. I am a driver for one of my university's motorsport teams, and these gloves are the perfect accessory for our upcoming competitions. This is the third time I have ordered products from IMB, including 2 sets of gloves and a hoodie, and I highly recommend all of their products.

I contacted their support department at late night fully expecting to only get a reply maybe Monday or saturday morning at best, but support sorted everything out that same night.

It's been my first order with IMB and I can say the entire experience has been a blast. Although one mistake happened with the design of my personalized sim racing boots, the IMB team realized the problem even before the item has been received by me and made every effort to let me know a new pair is already on its way to me. I have seldomly experienced such a responsive and proactive customer support as the one from IMB. THANK YOU!

This was my first purchase from IMB Race Clothing LTD.
The order was for a pair of custom SSG/E-2 gloves, personalized with my country flag, race number, and full name. These were ordered at the beginning of December. They arrived at customs in my country (Spain) after about a month and took another month due to customs delays.
It's important to note that IMB provided support with tracking the package and was very involved in customer satisfaction. The wait was the worst part, but now that I can enjoy them, I can see the excellent quality of the product, and the fact that they're personalized is fantastic. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend the store, as they have a wide and attractive catalog.

These gloves are the perfect thickness for sim racing providing a good feeling through the wheel without getting too hot. I now own three pairs with custom designs.

The best Sim racing gloves I have ever used and I have bought gloves from multiple manufacturers and up until now there was one standout but they are nothing compared to IMB gloves My experience was a little different because I ordered them and then a computer switch over happened and it took a little bit longer for me to get my gloves the company did everything they could to make me happy in the end I waited until I used them for a couple weeks to leave a honest review i own gloves from other companies mainly Sudespeed, Man it was worth the wait they fit better they are not as hot during long races and they grip the wheel so much better it's unbelievable. When you combine the fact that you can make a one of a kind glove with the colors of your liking it's worth the wait to get them in fact the company went so above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied a employee Lisa brought them with her on her vacation to the United States so she could ship them Stateside so I would get them faster just completely blown away with the customer service She took time Away from her well deserved vacation To ship a customer Their gloves Just so I would get them a couple days sooner, yeah it took longer for me to get them then I would have liked but IMB went way above my expectations and to be honest way above any company in the racing world ive had to deal with they make amazing gloves and did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer I highly recommend spending the money on these gloves you will not regret it the time you have to wait for them to custom print what you design just makes them even more special in the end

The products are of amazing quality and perfectly customized to my needs. Even at the beginning of the process they caught my size error, and it saved me from a misspurchase. The mockups were informative and the understanding of my goals was clear. After some delivery issues the company was extremely responsive, in a very friendly manner. They spend a lot of time and effort to ensure my parcels arrival despite certain issues. Overall it was a wholesome and amazing experience, resulting in a perfect product, and a happy customer.

I asked for some custom racing gloves and although they took a while to arrive it was worth the wait! They are an amazing pair of gloves

Initially, I had a challenging experience with my IMB custom gloves - the sizing was off and communication was initially slow, which was frustrating. However, I’m happy to say that IMB really turned things around once the matter was escalated. Their logistics manager reached out and provided outstanding customer service from that point on.

They maintained frequent and clear communication and even sent out a stealth glove on loan for me to test the fit of an internally stitched variant. After I gave my feedback, they quickly produced a new custom glove that fits much better and meets my expectations.

In the end, I’m very pleased with how they resolved the situation. I do have a minor note that the fingertips could be a bit more rounded for better comfort while typing (since they’re for sim racing, this would be a good quality of life improvement), and the thumbs are slightly long for my hands personally, but I may just have short thumbs, and it does not impact the performance.

Overall, while my initial experience wasn’t great, IMB’s willingness to make things right has left me feeling very satisfied. Thanks to their team for the extra effort in the end. Shout out Lisa!
