I am so glad I bought this kitty house, it fits perfectly in the house. I don't know how waterproof it is as it has been used indoors but it was very easy to put together and the picture instructions... Voir plus
Well made cat house and not difficult to put together, although I wish it had markers as to where some of the screws were to be placed. I’d highly recommend this pet house.

Came 3-5 days
received the product in a timely manner. The charm was a little smaller than it looked in the picture but that's with everything I guess. and it got dropped off late and in a regular looking car I thought that was odd but as long as I got the product quick no complaints here.

Our product descriptions detail that our bases only fit our strollers and that other strollers are not suitable. However we checked the order and your stroller was not purchased from our website so this is not available. Please be aware of this.

Ordered tub 2 weeks ago. Still no tub. They never provided an estimated delivery date at time of purchase. When I press “track package” it just says that they will give details when they receive package.

Damaged chair, lots of promises but no action!
I received a damaged chair that the company did not make good on. They sent me a replacement part in a completely different color … Wanted to give me $100 off a nearly $800 chair. After repackaging into new, sturdy boxes at my expense, I am still waiting on pick up shipping labels and a refund … with 3 months of emails. -0- stars.
