In2moto Avis 

Took my bike in for a service today but unfortunately had an off at a roundabout on diesel on the way there. The guys were superb when I got there checking I was ok doing everything they could for me. Service done excellently and a list of parts I needed for the bike to make it as new again produced with essential part highlighted. I was even given a discount code if I wanted to order the part myself. Great service again at what is a hard time to be in business.

Went in for my bike to be serviced last week , found the staff very informative and helpful and in response to the bad reviews I found "the beardy one" Colin by the way very chatty and helpful , must be a hard job nowadays with all the "covid rules and laws"

The pair behind the desks didn't even look up to see who I was, there was no Hi or good morning from either of them. I went to px my bike and when I eventually tried to speak to them the beardy one was arrogant not friendly at all. If someone was coming to spend their hard earned money in my shop I would greet them and make them welcome especially in this climate but not these clowns!! Plenty of bike shops to spend your money in, Avoid this one...

I purchased a Royal Enfield trials 500 on 22/6/20
I live 10mls south of Edinburgh, bike was delivered to me today 25/6/20.
Excellent customer service from Colin at in2moto.
I'm delighted with my purchase & the ease that everything was done & taken care of.
Will certainly highly recommend them.

I bought my bike from them back in the summer and have just recently had a problem with it.Colin and Duncan were extremely helpful with advice and ultimatley i needed to book it in.They got me in quickly and fixed the issue while i waited.I hope to be buying my next bike from them too.

Went in as a newbie, and walked away with my first bike! Never had an issue. Found the service and staff to be second to none. Keep up the good work chaps.

Don't know where the bad reviews are coming from - I have bought two bikes from here and always been treated with fairness, honesty and respect by Colin and his staff.

In2moto is a joke of a company. There customer service is terrible they make you feel like your a nuisance for making enquiries. i've been waiting 5 weeks for them to source some bike parts which I'm still waiting!! Every time I've phoned or gone in the shop I get spoken to badly there customer service is none existing. I've managed to source the parts my self with in 3 days and am going to replace the clutch my self!! They are only happy to help if your buying a bike from them, from what I've seen. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Find a company that has good customer service and are happy to help there customers.

the manger of this place Colin is a complete joke , spoke to him and agreed on a price and then changed his mind and made out that someone else had put a deposit on it , my friend then emailed him asking was it still for sale and he said yes and a different price altogether was given , Looks like this a common thing by this man as others on here have complained about the same thing , Do not deal with this person ,
Manger ? You can't even speak to the sales staff , everything got to go through him so that says it all really
