Mike was very helpful and easy to work with. The cost was provided up front making the process very easy.

I just called this company to get help with understanding my options in regards to an inherited property with my siblings after the death of my father. The person I spoke to (Paul) was not only not helpful, he was extremely rude. I was trying to get basic info about the services offered as it's been difficult to understand what my options are to buy out my siblings from their share of the property, etc. Paul not only didn't help me, he hung up the phone on me without even saying goodbye or being very kind or understanding about what I was asking. After the loss of my father and everything there is to deal with, I just needed help understanding how this company might be able to assist us in our process. I would think people who work there would be a lot more sensitive to dealing with people in grief who are overwhelmed. This guy was pretty much just a jerk.

Mike made the experience of getting funds from my inheritance easy and uncomplicated. He was sensitive to my grieving and emotions that i was experiencing in regards to losing my mother. When I needed emergency funds they wrnt above and beyond to get the advanced funds approved. I am very thankful that Mike has been handling my application for advance payments of my inheritance. I would give him more than five stars if possible, due to the quality and excellent service that he provides. I cannot believe how fast I received my money. AAA+++ . Even though the rates are a bit high the convenience was worth paying a higher fee. Without this help I would have been facing even more money owed but this enabled me to pay for immediate things which saves me in the end. I highly recommend this service if you have a low credit score no one to ask for money and if you can't wait and need money immediately.

Thanks IFC! Quick and no waiting on my inheritance advance. Paul was easy to get ahold of and made it effortlessly easy on my end. IFC had me approved and direct deposited in under 24 hours! Fees for the loan are high but just the same as with most any other loan of any kind you will have fees and interest. So, for me to have and be able to use IFC as an easy loan advance option on my inheritance is great!
