First and only time user.
This is the first time I have ever used this kind of company. This is the first time I have received such a large inheritance. I think a 50% fee on the cash advance is somewhat steep. The brochure states that IFI has the best rates in the industry. I wonder if 50% is industry standard or IFI is above or below it. Rey was very helpful to me and the documents sent to me were crystal clear about what I was getting myself into. Once I receive the bulk of my inheritance, I will never have to use IFI ever again. (50% seems a very high fee rate.)

Our prices are competitive among others in the industry, and your agreement has significant rebates built in that will be paid to you if distribution occurs along the anticipated timeline. The other good news is that you will never pay more than your assignment amount no matter how long the probate process takes (which in some cases may take years), and there is no recourse if your share in the estate is less than expected. A fantastic experience and fast way to get funded
My experience was great! My rep/agent was honest, to the point, upfront about everything, but mostly the process was so fast. We were given a timeline that was accurate. He helped with some glitches we came across during the process and he was always available if we had questions.
