Ink Experts Avis

I bought a sublimation package from these guys, thinking it was going to be easy to start sublimating, with no prior experience. Needless to say I ran into a few issues (all my own fault). I tried everything I could from YouTube vids and suggestions from Facebook groups etc. Nothing worked.
So I reached out the the Ink Experts team for some help and boy they are the experts.
The team took the time to go through my setup and explained what I had mistakenly done, gave me the correct procedure and made a suggestion on the mug press I was using, stating that could be an issue because I can't adjust the pressure or heat. So I took that advice and bought a dedicated mug press. and after wasting loads of mugs and wasting time I can now finally successfully print and press my designs all because of the outstanding help and customer from the INK EXPERTS. I am impressed with the complete service I have received from start to finish and I will be back for more products in the future.

My Whole Ink Journey has been looked after by Alex at Ink Experts from initial advice pre purchase to help when i couldn’t get it right! And help with setting up the correct software to achieve the perfect results. These guys go above and beyond and have excellent customer service i certainly wont go anywhere else a now and would highly recommend then to anyone thinking about starting a sublimation journey or even changing it as i did. Thank you guys and special thank you to Alex.

Love this company. Fast turn around answer any emails I send regarding queries. Good quality products.

I ordered the wrong thing, but they allowed me to return the item and refunded me very promptly. Excellent customer service.

The transfers were delivered in time, however the quality wasn't the greatest.

When removing the backing off most the transfers half the image or certain parts of the image would remain on the transfer sheet and the rest would be stuck to the release sheet, this meant i had many transfers which couldn't be used & ended up being a waste of money & time. Also many of the items which needed printing were damaged due to the poor quality of the transfer.
Some were okay but overall i was massively unhappy with what was received.

I also noticed that on some of the transfers the colour appeared to be faded & look different to the artwork, however other transfers with the same design seemed to appear more vibrant.

Overall the UV transfers weren't the best & id probably not use this supplier for this specific transfer moving forward.

I was nervous starting on the sublimination journey, but ink experts made it so easy to set up.
From the inks to the ICC files it did nt take long and the videos helped perfectly.
I took some notes of my own but I always do that.
Excellent job !

Handled with care, delivery was quick although ordered at Christmas time and product is as it says

The Printer codes were ment to be sent to me after the delivery it took an Email from me to get the codes.

Service was quick and no delivery because it was a download which worked fine.

Wow, excellent service.
Saved me hours of cutting and weeding time!
Such a fast turnaround super value, print quality looks amazing!
Will definitely be using again
Many thanks :)

Ordered on 8th December with 3-5 day delivery (It doesn't say working day). Had an e-mail next day saying 'Order Complete'. 6 days later I was still waiting.
Fortunately, Ink experts responded to my first review and complaint message and have arranged to send me replacements by FedEx.
Now, that is what I call good service. However, I shouldn't have had to complain in the first place, so one star off, I'm afraid, but I do applaud & recommend their service and response when things go wrong. For this reason I have changed my review to reflect this.

Great value, excellent customer service and high quality ink and paper. This is my first time converting a printer to use for sublimation and it was so simple.

Excellent service and very helpful throughout the purchase.

Every time I contact the InkExperts they respond very quickly even though I am out of warranty they still offer the help. I had not used my printer for a bit and the print head became blocked. The guys asked for loads of pictures diagnosed the issue immediately and I was able to purchase their refresh fluid and after following the advise managed to unblock and the printer is back to working again, couldn't thank them enough.

They provide printing profiles for optimal color results, and their products consistently perform well. I've been using their fabric sublimation paper for some time with no issues, and delivery is always on time. Highly recommended for anyone in need of reliable sublimation supplies.

Amazing customer support and solutions for my sublimation little business

Straightforward, uncomplicated transaction.
The advise on the website was very useful in helping me resolve an issue with my printer that could have cost me quite a bit of money.

This was my first time using this company and I went in hard and bought a heat press which is brilliant I'm over the moon with it.
