Great products , Excellent service and Knowledgable
I've been using their pigment ink, cartridge and cleaners for my printer (WF7710) from Inkproducts.com for the past 3 years, and their products have always performed reliably with my printer.
What really stands out is their exceptional customer service. When I accidentally ordered the wrong ink cartridges, Before the order could be shipped, their team quickly identify the incorrect cartridge, pointed out the correct one and guided me through the reordering process in no time.
As to support, I sent photos and videos on the technical issues, and within minutes, a friendly technician guy ( I think he is the boss) responded with practical advice step by step to fix the problem and tips to avoid the same problem coming up in the future.
And as to after service, they also recommended a more compatible printer for my needs, explaining that my current printer might need replacing in the future and why (and what are the most suitable ones in line with my usage volume and features I am looking for in my daily task.
It's rare to find a company so knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely willing to help 1 on 1.
Inkproducts.com has supported my business with great products, expert advice, and personal care every time. Period

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Responsive, knowledgeable and pure kindness. Excited to get my second printer up and running as it’s been basically a paperweight since I received this replacement from sawgrass for my first defective one. I was going to just trash it but with hundreds put into it and only 7 prints total I decided after 5 years to dust it off and bring it to life. The videos and assistance from inkproducts has given me the confidence to invest a little more one last time. Excited to try their ink as well.

Great After-Sales Support!
I've been doing business with Ink Products for years, and my most recent experience simply reinforces that decision! I purchased a continuous ink system for a new printer (also purchased through them) and was having a difficult time getting the results I expected.

Great Customer Service
About 2 years ago I bought a Canon MB5420 and the Ink Products CIS system for it. The CIS has worked perfectly and I have saved a lot of money on ink. Yesterday, Saturday, I was trying to print and the printer would not print. The message was Cyan was out of ink. Late on a Saturday night I sent an e-mail explaining my problem and asking for help. I didn't expect an answer until Monday, Well first thing this morning, Sunday, I received an answer. I followed the instructions and the printer began printing. The e-mail suggested I consult the instructions for the CIS and I did not have them. So I e-mailed back asking for another copy and in a few minutes it arrived. This is GREAT customer service for a great product.

Exceptional, knowledgeable and helpful
I am making regular ink orders in InkProducts for the last 2 years - everything: the product and the response is excellent. And, in the meantime, besides refilling ink cartridges, I had some technical issues with my printer. While Canon technical support was not able to help me, every time I reached InkProduct for help and every time not only they remotely helped me to fix it - they guided me step by step through the process, patiently and with very practical advice. Honestly, I have never ever experienced working with a company who genuinely cared, and were as passionate, helpful, and knowledgeable as they are. This was a breath of fresh air. Not only were they extremely quick to respond to my inquiries, but when I went to install, I had not followed the directions correctly, so I emailed them, and within 30 seconds of sending the email my phone rang, (little did I know I was about to experience what ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, unlike what we have come to accept nowadays) and they walked me through the whole process AS I WAS DOING IT!!!! The installation was actually extremely easy, during the walkthrough I learned so much about the The company, which is AN AMERICAN OWNED FAMILY OPERATED BUISNESS! I love that. They were passionate, friendly, and it really made the whole experience overall fun to be honest. I will be using their system on every printer I ever purchase in the future. By the way, I installed my system about a year and a half ago, I print very regularly, and I have had zero problems, and the prints look INCREDIBLE. Absolutely no ink issues, I mean NONE, and it’s funny because with the ink cartridges by the manufacturer always have issues, and we have become okay with that, like it’s normal!
Basically what I’m getting at is if you don’t want waste your money, buy it, it’s cheaper than buying a whole set of new cartridges anyway! But do not if your some dumbass with no common sense who blames problems you generate on other people. (Unfortunately you won’t know that your this type of person, because, well your this type of person)

Excellent service!
I was hesitant to order the sublimation ink cartridge kit for my brother printer. No one else offered it and since it wasn’t a tried-and-true thing I really wasn’t 100% sure what would happen. When it got to me the instructions were not all that clear and there were some humorous spelling mistakes. I installed everything and one of the cartridges didn’t work. I contacted the company and got an almost immediate response. I ended up getting on the phone with a technician and after some discussion he said he would send me a replacement chip for the faulty cartridge. I figured it would take a couple of weeks to get to me because it’s a Monday through Friday business and it’s a small part. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The new chip came in less than 48 hours and, once installed, the cartridge in question worked beautifully! I have used the sublimation printing with their ink for about a dozen projects. And so far, the only real problem is my lack of talent. I’ve had a small issue with the black ink because the nozzle has gotten clogged a couple of times. But this could be the printer so I would not hold this against the company. That being said, they have been very helpful in attempts to resolve it.
I ordered this because I wanted a sublimation printer very badly… I couldn’t really justify 500 or even $1500 for a sublimation printer. Especially considering my brother printer is a large format printer and to get a sublimation printer that’s large format is crazy crazy expensive. This was definitely $100 well spent
