The quality of the jeans I cannot fault however once I received my order they wasn’t the correct fit for me and I decided to return them

Upon returning the jeans I was told I was only entitled to a credit note which had to be used within 3 months which is completely incorrect if I want a full refund as the garment was returned in the condition I received them In

They try to con you into thinking that you don’t have consumer rights and as a consumer buying online you have 14 days to to return the order to get a full refund they told me that it was there policy that I can’t get a refund but there policy does not override consumer rights so I would be very cautious when buying from them but just know your rights as a consumer

As soon as I mentioned my rights and informed them that I would report them to trading standards they told me I would receive my refund in 7-10 working days .

Still waiting for my refund and it is day 11 now and I have opened a dispute claim against them I am disappointed in the customer care!!

If I could I would give this a 0 ordered some straight jeans but they should have labelled them as Skinny.
After not being the right fit I sent a return which then had the cheek to say they had not received it so I sent them the tracking info. Finally acknowledging this on the 4th of January I am yet to receive my refund and it is now the 20th January.

Would never order from them again

Placed my order mid dec, told would get them before Xmas, then before new year... a month later still not had the jeans or received a refund after asking absolutely awful company

Love this brand the quality of there clothes is amazing really spot on I would 100% recommend this company to family and friends! Came on time and customer service was incredible overall 10/10 for me!

Fantastic jeans!, the quality is far superior then Diesal jeans and they have a great edge to them which and is priced really well.

The jeans arrived next day and overall outstanding service from Inside Out. Great too see it in Selfridges which is a testiment to the quality.

Worst company ever how they claim to be teamed up with selfridges is beyond me jeans are disgusting and don’t look nothing like the picture on there website plus when you try to refund they palm you off with a credit note that’s worth nothing to anyone cause there clothes are garbage

After a short delay due to covid related supplier issue, both pairs arrived in the last 3 days. I liked the fact They sent them separately so I wasn't waiting on both in case there were further delays I guess. The product is once again lovely quality, This is not a 'fast fashion' product at all. Really wicked detail and tidy finishing. Will be back next season

Bought some jeans but when arrived nothing like the pic. Everything on their website it’s on sale meaning you can not get a refund only a credit note. Been trying to get on website to try and use my £70 credit voucher but website won’t load.

Probably the worst company I have ever bought jeans from. I ordered some jeans from them that were around £70 including delivery and when they arrived they were nothing like the pictures so I sent them back. When asking for a refund the emails I received were rude and I was given credit to use on the website however I can longer gain access onto the website. Would never buy from here again and do not recommend to anybody

I’ve ordered three pairs of jeans and paid for DPD next day. I received the parcel two days later but only received one pair of jeans. I have emailed the company a few times now and still no reply!

I ordered jeans two days ago and paid £6 for next day as it was the only option which is extremely stupid. I have messaged multiple times and received no reply. I expect a full refund on my delivery charge and would still like to know when my jeans will arrive. I shall update my review when the company actually replies and when my jeans are delivered. After seeing various other reviews after I already purchased the item, I am not surprised.

Easy fit with selfridges

If you want high quality, compliment attracting and comfortable jeans ioutdenim is the place to go. Ordered the black galaxy splattered paint ripped jeans and they look amazing. Going to be getting a few different pairs from here as the quality and jeans are great. Only problem was ordered next day delivery and didnt come next day however customer service was quick as i got a instant email back and delivery charge refunded. Good luck in the future as i have been entered in the prize draw hopefully to win👀

Bloody awful company, I ordered jeans about 3 months ago & did not like my purchase. So as any normal person would do I requested a refund for my item. I was then given store credit ? They then said the item was not refundable for my money because the item was on a 25% discount & that the discount ended mid September, if you now go on the website you will still see every item is discounted. This website is terrible & a scam DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
