Helpful Company and good price:
We live in a tricky area to deliver to. After some back and forth we managed to organise a drop in a lay-by near our house. The driver called us and we got the delivery bang on time and this was within a couple of days of confirming the order. Will use them again.

Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for the sales team and delivery driver. Initially there was a bit of doubt as to whether the driver would be able to get his lorry to our property as we live down a small lane. Explained to the sales lady that we had had previous deliveries by lorry without a problem. Google maps can be confusing at times.
Delivery made on time with a phone call letting me know time of delivery. Driver using his forklift made short work of the fifth metres up our lane and placed the insulation where I wanted it.
Will most recommend this company for their products on both the price and their marvellous service.

Avoid this company. They are not good at all with customer service and refunds. 14 days to refund and still waiting when given a 6 week delivery date.

Easy to use, best price I found online for celotex insulation with free delivery all in. Great as they gave me my preferred delivery day. Driver was ace and called me 30 mins beforehand. Left perfectly on path. Super happy!

We ordered insulation 22 April money left my account 24 April. They contacted me to say. Not in stock. 27 April. Told if we needed to order alternative the order had to bb cancelled and because the process for refund had started. Spoke with them today. Told me to wait until the 18tn. Not sure if thza will happen as they say it could take up to 14 days. The 18tn brings it to 21.

Disgraceful customer service .
Ordered a product from this company's website . The company took payment immediately online.
after the deadline for delivery had passed and i had not heard anything at all from the company i made contact with them only to be told that the product i ordered ( that the website showed as in stock) was not actually in stock . Not even any attempt to contact me from their end to tell me that the product was not actually in stock
I asked for a refund and 12 days later , they still have not the grace nor the guilt to bother refunding me . Yet i had to pay them immediately to order what they don't have in stock.
And surprise surprise.... if you go on their website they still show the product as being available . Total disrespect for customers
