Brilliant service from the Insulation Hub. I dealt with Ben and placed a relatively large order with him. Ordered day 1, delivery day 3 with excellent comms all the way through. Delivery was exactly what was ordered, no substitutions. Prices were also lower than local suppliers. Will definitely use Insulation Hub again.

I needed lots of different insulation products and Insulation Hub could supply them all. I had tried other online insulation companies but they all said their shipper couldn't deliver to my post code and cancelled my order.

Insulation Hub met the same problem but made a special effort to find a different carrier who would deliver to my address. I had to pay a shipping charge instead of their normal free shipping but I was glad to pay it and get my delivery.

Ben at Insulation Hub was the only person who helped me get a delivery unlike all the other companies who just cancelled my order, great service!

Insulation Hub came to our rescue with an urgent & affordable supply of Rockwool to complete a couple of new ceilings in an old house. The guys were helpful & efficient & saved us weeks of delays (& noise penetration). Can’t praise them enough! I’ll definitely be using them in our next emergency!

I have had the misfortune of using Insulation Hub twice, both times for the same item (75mm blocks), I actually forgot I had tried to order these from them the first time.
On both occasions they said they had no stock, yet on both occasions were more than happy to take my money then force me to fill a form out to get a refund.
I am of the opinion that Insulation Hub hold zero stock but try to source what you want after they have taken your money.
