DOES NOT HAVE A MOTION SENSOR AS FALSLY ADVERTISED. This company should be fined for misleading advertising. Total scam and outright lies. When you complain they offer you a discount. They are well aware they are breaking consumer law but carry on regardless! Disgusting!

As with all previous reviews, product description total fabrication! No motion sensor on this item even though it is specified in description. Reported this to Gogogadgets who were unhelpful and denied that Intellibell supports motion sensor. Item no longer functioning at all now and I have been advised that I am not entitled to refund due to being over specified time to return
the purchase. Don't waste your money on this product or the 'Company'.

Purchased an Intellibell U9 after reading a 9.8 review on top Smart Doorbells. Having now looked into the review and test provider, it is clear that Label Products may have just paid for this position. Certainly my experience has been just like other Trustpilot Reviews in so far as the Instructions for Use were quite frankly useless. On contacting LP seeking Technical Support all I got was another (same) set of instructions, Further emails achieved a repetition. Finally, in exhaustion I requested a refund of the £71.90 paid. I was then informed that if I kept the product I could have a further 20% off and yes you guessed it as per other reviews a 30% offer was made.
They offer a 30 day refund policy, but if you dig very deeply that refund comes with very restrictive terms eg you have to pay to return this product and LP will charge a £5 handling fee and they do not refund your initial delivery charge. I have not seen any positive reviews here on Trustpilot, therefore you might draw your conclusions from this should you be considering making a purchase.
In frustration at all the nonsense from Label Products I have decided to now leave this to PayPal to resolve for me.....Caution is strongly advised before you purchase from Label Products.

Don’t go near this product. I am trying to return the Iitellibell for a refund, as I am.not satisfied with it. But I am getting nowhere with my repeated requests. First they offer a derisory 20% refund for you to keep it, then 30% on refusal. After that a brick wall of obfuscation. I am about to take this up with PayPal through the account I paid this through. A really frustrating unresolved issue.

States infrared night vision. Doesn’t work just black screen. Multi player sharing impossible to set up. Daytime vision very poor. Vid call through camera isn’t working. Only good point is the battery life is still at 100% after 2weeks.
Not able to contact the company to rectify faults or get a refund or even to send the item back.
Do not buy A waste of money.

Trying to get a refund since mid April, they just ignore E.Mails

Do not use this company total scam . Not as advertised added £11.98 shipping that arrived a week later by Evri. Website clearly states full refund but when you ask for one its fully refund less shipping cost less return shipping cost less a £5 handling fee + VAT.. total scam. Do not use.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered Intellibell X9 via a reviewer (5 top smart doorbells). This was rated the best. It was sent by gogogadgets. On receipt the box showed it as a U9? It went 90% connection to WiFi then failed. After emailing, was sent instruction manual ( already had this). Found negative reviews online and realised item was a fake. Paid £71.90 (inc. shipping and VAT) but found same product - U9 smart doorbell for less than £30 from Ali Express and just seen Amazon selling the Intellibell for less than £25! The seller LB label products responded saying what I received was definitely the same as advertised and attached files of info to read (which failed to open). Escalated case with PayPal and received money back in less than 24 hrs

Bought this door bell a couple of weeks ago, this item that arrived is not as described on their website.
As others have put it is only a door bell which has a delay to the app when pushed, the motion sensor if it as one does not work? I have contacted the supplier who did email me back to say this is their door bell not the Intellebell that is advertised, asked for them to arrange a return and cover postage with a full refund. No further contact from them, so avoid buying this product.
PS they advertised it for around £59 but there was no mention of the postage costs.

We ordered two Intellibell doorbell/camera products after checking out “top 10 doorbell/camera products”, this particular product came out with good ratings and almost top of the list, hard to trust any of those now, but to our cost we know differently and so we’d like to hopefully help others who may be thinking about buying this rubbish not to go ahead after reading our review, please note that we only ever write a review with an honest opinion…..
When the products arrived, the very first thing we noticed was how light, flimsy and cheap they felt, the sound of the voice within the product which prompts you when trying to set up was dreadful, distorted and so tinny too, couldn’t even make out what it was trying to say, that was enough for us to decide that it was just cheap and nasty manufacturing and certainly wasn’t going to last, couldn’t even see the so called picture within the device’s camera. Plus, the fixing for these items is just a sticky pad on the reverse, that in itself wouldn’t last at all once the elements got to it!
We immediately requested a return which we knew would be at our own cost(we sent back using Royal Mail 1st class signed for small parcel), Intellibell offered us an extra 15% off if we kept the item which we refused and then came back with 30% off, again we refused, the product is utter rubbish we originally paid £122.87 inc shipping fees, we were refunded £102.92, the shipping fees were non refundable, our fault for not checking that bit out before purchasing, if we had, then we’d not have placed an order to begin with, there was a handling fee of £5 too, they’re making a lot of money just from shipping (£11.63 plus VAT) and the handling fee on top, a very small package with a hefty p&p charge, the return address is within the UK, we have a feeling it may have originally been posted to us from abroad.
We have to say that the response to our messages was good, but that’s the only positive thing to take away from this experience, hence the one star rating.
In a nutshell we would not recommend this item to anyone, spend a bit more money on something that is going to do the job properly, we thought this was going to be a good product, we were wrong! AVOID!

Bought Echobell it does not work, have tried to connect to 3 phones. We have sent 8 e-mails asking for return address & still have not received it RUBBISH do not buy.

Avoid this doorbell at all costs. Everything it says it does, it doesn't. It also only comes with a sticky back and has fallen off 4 times and once you take it off to charge it, it doesn't stick back on. There is no motion sensor, the camera is not HD or wide lense and you can only access the camera if someone has rang the doorbell, even then it is delayed and sometimes doesn't even notify you. The seller is a joke and will only refund within 30 days. I received this as a Christmas present and by the time I knew it was all falsely advertised, it was too late to return and they aren't interested at all. Seems to me they know they're selling a lie.
