Great range of products, good service, good prompt communication.

Ordered items and they arrived quickly. Well packaged and items were fantastic. Free gift also sent which was much appreciated. Will definately recommend and use again.

Would like them to have a speedier delivery time.

Ordering was a doddle receiving was not quite so easy. The delivery company messed up on but got it now so no harm done.

I ordered something from inter equine but it was 16 days before I had any idea where my order was, the postal service "UK Mail" could not find my house. What??... It is not hard to find and they didn’t even try, everyone in the village can give directions so why didn’t they ask someone where to find me!? I had to wait for an hour on hold to UK Mail because I could not use the online tracking service they offered because they did not leave a card with the tracking number on it. I was appalled with the service from UK Mail and I definitely made that clear while on the phone to the help line. Finally my order came, so it couldn’t have been that hard to find my house! But sadly the gaiters I ordered were too big! Inter Equine was very kind and exchanged it for a smaller size, the smaller size fits and i am very happy with it, everyone at the yard wants a pair of my gaiters now. I chose to buy my gaiters from inter equine because I thought the website looked trustworthy although the gaiters were more expensive on their site, sadly I wish I ordered them somewhere else because the time it took for me to get them was far too long thanks to UK Mail. I am happy that I had a chance to have a real human being with Inter Equine (the same person every time I called) to talk to because they understood my situation. Sadly because of the unexpected delay, even though I had originally allowed time for exchanges if they did not fit, because of the stupidity of UK Mail I had to miss the show that I was going to go to in my gaiters. Overall, Inter Equine was good and I am now very happy with my order but in the future I will not be using them again because of the bad experience with the delivery service they use.

I was very impressed with the ease of ordering. My only disappointment was the speed goods were dispatched, could do with being a little quicker. But if goods not needed urgently then very pleased with the service.

Used this company, intending it to be a one-off to get some personalised stuff. Well I was wrong - customer service and quality of product so good that I use regularly now. Thanks!

A good website with a wide range of products, delivery took a little longer than with other online shopping but this was due to the item not being held in stock, so had to be ordered from Germany. If I had read the smallprint first, I would have ordered direct from HKM myself and saved a few extra days wait but it's no biggy. The product being HKM was as you might expect, perfect.

Good quality products at good prices!! Would have given five stars but was delierved by signed deliverly and was in so had to drive to post office to get it, so would be nice to be able to opt out of signing, but overall very good!!

First contact was good, fast email confirmation and payment withdrawal. My only complaint was the 11 days it took to receive the product and the lack of notice when the product was dispatched. However, the rug is just as described and good quality.

TROUBLE FREE PURCHASE

I got a call to apologise for the delay and was offered a pair of socks thrown in size 6-8 which would be my size but I got a pair of small socks size 35-37 and not 39-42 which I was expecting. If the website had been upto date then i would have known whether the product was in stock or not or at the least a note should have been up saying that the product was out of stock and it would be a few weeks before it was in.
