Delivery to the UK? Not a problem. 5 Stars

My only concern in ordering from the UK was that Interismo.co.uk ship from Austria but FedEx delivered on time and all of the contents were well packaged to prevent damage during transit too.
I now have my full set of Rose and Tulipani dinnerware so very happy to recommend. Will be buying again for sure.

We had a problem and they sorted it out straight away

We had a problem, despite the goods having been shipped from Austria direct to the UK. They investigated and sorted it out straight away. No delaying/arguing and so on. I was impressed. You can only speak as you find and they sorted out my problem on an expensive Zoom Copehagen mirror. It was a manufacturing issue, so not even their fault. I really appreciated that.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

How this company is still operating I will never know! I ordered a Neapel 2.0 villeroy & Boch table lamp in February 2025 as a present for someone. It arrived with a broken charger, I took picture and sent to interismo requesting another charger or lamp, they then asked if the parcel had been tampered with etc which the package was intact and looked to me if the charger had been packed broken. After this I got nothing but lies and excuses saying they had sent replacement charger to the wrong address, they then continued to say the more emails I sent to chase up my present the longer the process would take, what sort of company is this! I have had to send the lamp back now, it is Nearly May and I never got a replacement charger, avoid this company at all cost, if I could give less then 1 star I would.

Worst company I’ve dealt with

Ordered something in February expecting it to be delivered in a few working days.

Gets delayed until March, delayed again to further in March.

Now it’s April and they’re telling me they “hope” it will be ready in May.

This type of business is a joke and the audacity to mislead people and take their money just to generate revenue that you will eventually have to refund anyway alongside hassle for the customer and also your employees doesn’t make any sense to me whatsoever.

Great Service!

Found the limited edition coffee pot on their website with the reasonable price. It turned out to be a faulty one. The customer service team actively helped to resolve the issue and sent our the replacement quickly. I will buy product from them again, and will recommend friends to use their service.
