Thanks, Dennis, while the guest is our client (the one who pays us), we also serve the host making it easy to say yes to an Interview Valet Certified Guest™. While some booking firms charge both host and guest, we want to avoid even the perception of a potential conflict of interest.

We continually improve the process based on feedback from podcast guests and hosts to proved more and more consistent value. And we also learn from our amazing partners. The Podcast Interview Marketing Assessment came from your Industrial Marketing Assessment. R&D sometimes is Recognize What Works in other areas and Duplicate it in ours.

Thanks, Rob, starting off as a guest can be a great way to find your voice, but gain the confidence to start your own podcast. Then the best place to find new podcast listeners for your show is to go onto other shows.
Good First Impression, BUT ....
They have a good process and articulate staff. WAY overpriced service though, and their podcast list is VERY limited and mostly low quality. Unless you're a podcast with low expectations or a guest not looking for serious podcasts, I couldn't recommend this service.

HI Devin, thank you for your feedback. We have never served a client by your name so we weren't able to contact you for further insights. We also attempted unsuccessfully to contact you through TrustPilot. Since you weren't a client and we don't share our list of over 3,500 podcasts, I'm not sure of the basis for your comments. Clearly, they aren't consistent with all of the verified customers who post their entire name. Still, everyone has their opinion and we respect yours.
Wasted $1,500 On Interview Valet
Spent $1,500 total on Interview Valet, with Tom Schwab promising "top 20%" podcasts.
Turns out they outsource finding podcasts to subcontractors, and all we got was podcasts with zero reviews, no real audience, mostly promoting get rich quick schemes and Internet exercise programs. For $350 per podcast you could save your money and just contact the least popular podcasts yourself, they'd be thrilled to have guests.
Worst part is that Tom refuses to address the huge gap between promise and delivery, and will just keep charging your card till you call your credit card company and literally cancel your card. Yup. No guarantees, no refunds, just be charged and that's it.
Pretty disappointed, was looking forward to some good podcasts.

Jake, I'm sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. You had asked to get on podcasts focused on those suffering from myopia to discuss alternatives to costly glasses and surgery. The first show we booked you on was STACKING BENJAMINS, a top 2% show with hundreds of reviews https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/id650045209#see-all/reviews. We and the host felt it would be ideal. Overall we booked you on 6 shows, but you chose not to schedule the interviews on any of them.
We have a geographically remote team of 18 (14 in the US, 2 in Canada, and 2 in Europe). This model was set up to find the best talent and serve a global clientele across numerous time zones. None of the client-facing work is outsourced.
Our Founder invited you numerous times to jump on a zoom/skype call to discuss this as the emails back and forth were not productive. Emails can be a great way to share information but not always communicate.
We wish you luck and believe in your program. Clearly we weren't a good fit to partner together.
