Invisible Fence® Brand Avis 4

We have had Invisble Fence Brand for 20 years. All 5 of my dogs have been on it. When ever we have had a system problem like a break in the line they have come to fix it. I keep a contract on it and it has paid off having it. We were hit by lightening once and they replaced our system. No charge. Helene Kirkley was wonderful helping me today. I can’t say enough positive about this fence system. Customer service is always polite and professional.

Their new system that zaps the dog without warning is ridiculous and useless. The old system we used to have was warning the dog if he had the idea to cross the property line. I understand that their new wire system is for small yard. Definitely not good for large yards where 6 to 10ft warning zone before zapping the dog isn't an issue. Also, now when you call the Wilton CT number, you ran into a call center and can't speak to the local office in your area. A waste of money and definitely our last experience with this company. We're not letting our dog alone outside in our back yard as we are too afraid, he'll cross the property line to chase a deer or a critter and get lost.

The training was a woke joke. My dog doesn't need therapy sessions. Also a marketing scam to charge you for training sessions. In the past you would walk the boundaries with your dog, show him the flags and get him close so he would hear the beeps, then get zapped once and that was it; never crossed again.

St Louis Invisible Fence did a great job with our install, training and support over the past ten years. I got a new puppy and scheduled and paid for training All four were scheduled in advance with 5 hour windows. i now found out a friend is coming for a visit and lands at 12:50. my window is 1-6 so i called to see if i could get 2-6 instead. the girl was brash and told me flat out no. we can do 8- noon or 1-6 thats it. i said ok then i guess I have to reschedule. Next available she says is July 1. So i said her next one is the 6th of June so isnt July 1 too late. Well we have a cancellation list. I told her not to bother. Their customer service is horrible! - The St Louis regional manager called. was very nice, explianed they dont get the service calls, they go to a call center, gave me his number in case i ever have a oproblem again. its not a perfect solution but at least tyhe local people care and that satisfies me.
