Raymond and Danny did a fantastic job a year ago with a beautiful composite gate and some handrails - knowledgable, efficient and trustworthy. Last week, our gate was damaged by a delivery driver. I contacted them and Danny quickly came from Paisley to Glasgow Southside during challenging weather and repaired my gate to its full glory again! Sterling service these days is hard to find….these guys have it!

Raymond and Danny have just left. They did a brilliant job. Railings are exactly what I asked for and they look great in situ. I would not hesitate to recommend Ironworx. Exactly how a caring company should be. Thanks so much.

Ordered a circular log rack a few days ago. I received an immediate reply to state order was on its way plus up to date notications as when to expect delivery. Arrived today and I am extremely pleased with log rack. It is very well made and looks fantastic sitting at fireside filled with logs ready to burn. Thank you very much Black Country Metalworks you have made an aul doll very happy.

Since I made a purchase 19th Mar I had to make a number of inquiries as to the status of the payment and chased for updates as had been told when to expect delivery that did not materialise. I appreciate there were some supply issues and was patient, However I would have expected a much more proactive approach from the company to manage my expectations and avoid me chasing. I received the product on 5th May but raised a dispute same day via email about a wrong component and partial damage to another upon delivery. Then I chased again for a response to the dispute a week later as did not not hear back. However I still received no feedback by 12th May. This is bad customer service. While I am generally happy with the product (apart from the concerns raised), frankly if I had known that the service would be like this I would not have purchased the products from ironworks uk. Had they bothered to respond to my disputes To address my issues I would not have written this feedback.

A brilliant fire pit handmade in Wales! Searched for ages for a branded one or from well known sites but couldn’t find one! This is beautiful and a great addition to our garden! We got the pyramid with swivel grill! Love it

Looked for ages at buying a fire pit then came across these guys - great quality product and very easy people to contact. If only all companies were this easy to buy from online.

Having been worried about ordering online I decided to phone first. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who was able to put my mind at ease and was able to give me a delivery date there and then. I took the plunge and ordered over the phone, a 75cm Space Brazier with swing arm grill fire pit. Within minutes I had an email confirming my order. The fire pit arrived today...exactly on time. It was extremely well packaged and took 2 men to carry it in. We are so pleased with it. It is very well made and very heavy...just the quality we were looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Brilliant customer service and superb workmanship....and very good value for the money. Thankyou Ironworksuk.
