I don't believe there are enough words to truly express the thanks and gratitude that my family have and I have for Georgie Wilson & Grace Todd and the team at Irwin Mitchell. Their support, professionalism and care throughout the process meant so much to us.
Our lives changed forever in September 2022, due to a life changing injury to my dad. As a family we spent weeks and months deliberating whether to contact a solicitor to take on our personal injury case, we very nearly gave up. Then we saw an advert for Irwin Mitchell in the Spinal Injuries Magazine - it turned out to be the best decision we ever made.
From our very first meeting with Georgie & Grace we felt our case was being taken seriously. Although they were honest that it would be very challenging, they were determined to fight for us. Over months of meetings, video calls, emails and evidence gathering it was eventually decided the case would go to trial.
Throughout this incredibly emotional journey Georgie and Grace become so much more than lawyers they became friends and I would even say Angels. Just as we were about to go to trial my dad sadly passed away, and as a family we made the difficult decision not to continue.

Very poor service. I called seeking help with a legal matter and was told someone would call me back shortly. No one ever did. I waited far longer than reasonable and never received any follow‑up.
