This is a great organisation, they put the client first, and explain the process and requirements in an easy to understand way. Andrew was a big help, and he always kept me updated and answered my questions in a very supportive way. I would highly recommended them.

Don't waste your time with this lot. Huddersfield branch are terrible. No customer service whatsoever. Never pro active. If you don't chase them, nothing will happen. Charlotte Raxkstraw let's this firm down, I had a very disappointing experience. I wasted a lot of time chasing her and never got updates unless i instigated it. I cannot advise you strongly enough to use a different company.

Natalie was absolutely amazing throughout our house move. We were both selling and buying, and she made the whole process feel so smooth and stress-free. She was always really helpful, responsive and kept us updated every step of the way. We managed to complete the entire process from start to finish in just 8 weeks, which is incredible! Please avoid using the conveyancing services of this law firm more specifically the Harrogate branch.
All the 1 star reviews is to do with the conveyance or property purchase or sales. So it looks like I am not alone and I wished I had read these reviews before deciding to use this company.
You will be left in the dark. No one will run you through the processes, no updates, your queries and emails would be ignored, as for the solicitor James, like someone mentioned in the reviews forget it. He will totally ignore you. You get the impression that for him to respond to your queries regarding the purchase process he has to charge you extra and as result I did not get, not one and I mean none of my emails queries or calls was answered.
I had an email from their office saying they had concluded my case and were closing my file and for any future request with regards to my case I will be charged an admin fee, this is whilst I am still waiting for the freehold title deeds to be registered in my name. I paid to check on land registry and the property was still registered in the previous owners name.
The biggest mistake I did was changing my solicitors from a friendly family owned company in Harrogate to this more flashy expensive company thinking it would speed up the purchase process.
I wish I had read some of the reviews on here before making that decision.
Avoid using this company for property matters if you can help it.

Pathetic service. Hired ‘Yuma’s’ decided to waste so much time that we aren’t sure if it’ll even be accepted. Decided to drop the case but happily take our money.

Leashia and Sarah were both excellent throughout the process of purchasing my first home.

Our experience was positive! We particularly appreciated Jordan’s communication towards the end of the process. He kept us up to date, actioned things quickly, responded to us straight away and would call us to explain the steps (which we really appreciated as first time buyers)

We recently used Ghazanfar Iqbal and honestly I was blown away! Worth every penny without going into too much detail he was able to get our case sorted within hours nothing was too much hassle he was even on the phone to me at 10pm to sort everything because I had left it last minute and this still wasn’t any trouble for him most people would of turned me away leaving it so last minute. I couldn’t recommend him enough a genuine kind and patient gentleman a credit to the company! Thank you so much

I came across one of there solicitors in the family courts...👳🏾‍♂️ what a horrible person.... absolutely no tact and so unprofessional....

They need to train their staff accordingly.... totally inept person...

Avoid this firm. We raised a serious boundary issue before completing on our house and were told in writing it would be sorted, that's the only reason we went ahead. It wasn't sorted. I emailed at the start of June asking them to chase it, over a month later and total silence, not even an acknowledgement. Ison Harrison were recommended to us by the house builder, which raises an obvious question about conflict of interest now they've been asked to chase that same builder. Now looking at over half a million pounds worth of property tied up in a dispute they've completely ignored. Shocking way to treat a client. Would not recommend.

Shaun hulme from the Harrogate branch has been brilliant with us. We won our case in the family law and could not have done it without him. Jordan was also really good under shauns watchful eye. We have also just used them on a no win no fee basis for my son and his claim from injury and cara has really helped and are continuing to use them for another part. I would recommend ison harrison over any law firm. They are brilliant and are never too busy to help
