I left ISS to relocate to another part of the country Sold my house and moved six months later an E-Mail Pops up in my AOL E-Mail from a Dept Collections Agency chasing me for £62.00 with compliments from ISS they said they over paid me on my final wage payment the ISS Payroll Clowns had my Contact Telephone Number and two E-Mail addresses to contact me on but no those "2 BY 4" Planks in the Payroll Department instead of just e-mailing or phoning me informing me they overpaid me I would have gladly sent the overpayment back no problem no they pass it over to a dept collections agency as soon as the dept collection agency contacted me I made the full payment then I sent the "CLOWNS" in Payroll MY COMPLIMENTS ranging from INCOMPETANT INEFFICIENT USELESS and a few more INSULTS never in my 45 Year working carer has an Employer ever done this to me I have been overpaid in the past all they have done is contact me themselves requesting the money back no problem but this bunch of idiots are a whole new ballgame don't ever work for this SHOWER !!

One of their employees nearly crashed into me driving so dangerously today.

I then saw them weaving in and out of traffic as they sped past dangerously. Very silly to drive like that with a company logo on the vehicle

Our iss contract dont pay sick pay but pay paternity & maternity pay i dont understand this its appauling

ISS leverer mad til kantinen i det firma jeg er ansat i. Kvaliteten af maden i Lyngby er piv ringe - og de fleste dage er der udsolgt af det meste af maden før kl. 12. På kontoret i Aarhus er det en helt anden oplevelse - her er kvaliteten af maden helt i top. På trods af klager til den ansvarlige er der intet sket.

The job is basically waiting hand and foot on other co-workers. Total servility is demanded. Expected to work at three different locations, often in same week.

Overworked due to company's reluctance to employ sufficient staff.

Management poor and show no appreciation for work staff carry out. Some unpleasant and mean minded staff. Which nothing is done about when their attitude brought to management's attention.

This company is supposed to be responsible for the maintenance of our apartment building and, frankly, they are incompetent and should be fired. The lift, hallways and other common areas are frequently dirty, there was a problem with the lift that was ignored for months, until it finally became serious enough that the lift had to be taken out of service for at least three weeks while the repairs were done. There were some issues in our apartment that needed to be addressed, which were taken care of by external repairmen, but the ISS person who initially came to assess the problems told lies about the condition of our apartment to the building management and accused us of causing the damage and also saying there were odors in the apartment and that it was poorly ventilated -- another lie. This was not only dishonest, but appallingly unprofessional. Is he a maintenance man or a policeman? His concern should be more with the overall state of the apartment building and its cleanliness and less with any cooking odors in our kitchen.

Ich war über 20 Jahre Mieter. ISS kündigte mir mit einer Frist von 1 Monat ohne Angabe eines Grundes. Ich musste mich selber an einen Ansprechpartner kümmern der die Fläche zurücknimmt. Noch während der Mietvertrag aktiv war, wurde mir mehrfach die die Möglichkeit genommen meinen Mietbereich zu betreten, da die Zugangskarte gesperrt wurde. Fehlende Information bei Nachfragen, offensichtlich weis die rechte Hand nicht was die linke macht. Ignoranz auf der ganzen Linie. Bei der Flächenrückgabe kam ein äußerst unvorbereiteter Mitarbeiter, der dann auch noch das Übergabedatum zurückdatiert hat. Bin froh mit der Firma nixxxx mehr zu TUN zu haben. Die Reinigung der Allgemeinbereiche (wie Treppenhaus etc.) war sehr schlecht, teilweise wurden stark verschmutzte Türen über 10 Jahre nicht gereinigt.

A farce of a company.
I wouldn't work for this outfit if I was paid double. Management is so very poor. Communication to payroll is horrendous. Throughout my time (2 years) I never had access to my pension.
The only thing missing above the door is work will set you free. The place is run like a concentration camp.

I was overpaid as I started the job. I couldn't get any information as to where to pay it back.
Finally managed to get the money paid back.
Then when I left they took that money AGAIN from my last pay cheque. over 2k. How they can get away with that is beyond me. No apology. No reasoning.
A complete mess of a company, incompetent management, nasty people. If you can avoid I'd recommend swerving this lot.

Quite frankly the worst company I have ever had to deal with! Communication was shocking, resigned after my first day, funnily enough the manager was prompt on communicating after I resigned! Manager did the classic textbook deflection and blamed me after I raised numerous red flags, not a good look if you’re trying to impress a new member of staff… do better ISS

Worst company ever. No integrity. Mediocre. Lies to client and treats staff like crap if you're not with the "in" crowd. Harassment reports to P&C went unanswered. Company should be investigated.

Seit die Firma ISS für die Reinigung und Hauswartung in unserem Quartier zuständig ist, hat die Qualität der Arbeit massiv nachgelassen. Die Reinigungsarbeiten sind oberflächlich, unregelmässig und insgesamt sehr unorganisiert. Es fehlt an Übersicht, Sorgfalt und einer klaren Struktur.

Früher war unser Quartier sauber und gepflegt – seit der Übernahme durch ISS hat die Sauberkeit deutlich abgenommen und die allgemeine Lebensqualität im Umfeld gelitten. Reklamationen werden entweder gar nicht oder nur schleppend bearbeitet.

Leider kann ich ISS auf Grundlage unserer bisherigen Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen.

Mi experiencia en esta empresa ha sido muy negativa, principalmente por el trato recibido por parte de algunos responsables. He sentido una falta de respeto constante, con actitudes autoritarias y desconsideradas que generaban un ambiente laboral tóxico. La presión innecesaria, la desorganización y la falta de comunicación han contribuido a un nivel de estrés y ansiedad insostenible.

Además, he notado una gestión deficiente por parte de ciertos encargados, cuya forma de liderar se basa más en el abuso de poder que en la colaboración y el respeto. Este tipo de comportamiento, en lugar de motivar, mina la salud mental y el bienestar de los trabajadores.

Lamento profundamente esta situación y no puedo recomendar esta empresa a nadie que valore un entorno laboral saludable y profesional.

Reinigung geht garnicht 4 Jahre in einem Unternehmen kein wc gereinigt.nachweisliche Inkompetenz. Schwarzlicht Stift ein wc beschriftet aus 2021 bis heute wurde das nicht gereinigt. Gelder kassieren die aber trotzdem und mit ihrer Unterschrift auf einem reinigungsplan könnte man sogar von Täuschung und weiteren Straftaten reden.

I believe ISS Services is a contractor for Sylvan Homes which both have no loyalty to its customers. Both will lie and practice deceptive practices. Without giving long drawn out details I am a renter through Sylvan Homes and along with a multitude of issues they take no responsibility for nothing but collecting rent, and they even manage to get that wrong. Example my refrigerator went out and I called management on Friday told matter would be handled promptly that was a lie, then finally contractor arrived through ISS that was a 3 hour situation whereas told couldn't be fixed...something I already knew. Then heard supervisor tell service guy would be ordering new refrigerator immediately and delivery would be next day...another lie. Received a text from store stating delivery was not even ordered until the next day. No accountability with both these two company...the ball gets completely dropped and no one takes responsibility.

Worked as a switchboard operator for 2 years . No support they keep minimum staff to keep the NHS contract . Expect people to do up to 12 hr lone shifts with no break ! The switchboard is 24 hr operation as all emergencies are rang through to operator who puts out the crash teams within the hospital. Lots of responsibility for minimum wage . No support from managers who you rarely see . Very stressful on lone shifts when all phones are ringing and emergency’s are activated . Avoid for your own mental health . It’s not worth the stress !!! AVOID !!!

Unfriendly staff, management don’t process your contract and try to not pay for as long as they can, no id or uniform given to for even after working there for 2 months and still no pay!! Not training their employees. The list goes on! Stay away!!

Worked for ISS. Worst company ever. Notified way before payday to change my bank details as there is no where you can do this yourself. Get a response off management three days later after messaging again. He then doesn't bother to pass my details to payroll and ofc my wages bounce. A week later still not had my wages and no response off supervisor and he refuses to allow me to raise a grievance nor to speak to anyone else. If anyone is dealing with the same please get in contact as I will be seeking legal action and if there is enough of us, begin a lawsuit. They can't keep getting away with this. If we stand together we can win.
