The most amazing service. Everyone was just lovely and went through everything with us to make sure no details were left out and we received regular updates on the progress asking for our confirmations that we liked the results from original rough sketch to the computer 3d model, to showing us the wax, casting and to the finished piece. The custom pendant we did with my parents for my little sis came out perfect! We definitely recommend ItsHot - ultimate experience!

Amazing service. They do a great job explaining all there is to know about diamonds. I was looking for a unique ring with a type of diamonds you can’t find at regular jewelry stores and they were able to provide some very nice options for my price range (to stay within price range was a requirement). Delighted with what I have got.

I purchased a Rolex watch from them about a month ago. I showed it to two Rolex specialist and they both confirmed that the watch is not authentic! I have been told that the band, the crown and the backplate are not authentic. I can not comment about the movement as I did not want the specialist to open the watch.
I had a similar model which weights approximately 110g, this one was barely 60g and this was the main reason I got suspicious and wanted to show it to someone else. I am so glad I did that. The description did not say that the watch was customized so I thought it has Rolex diamond, however, they later claimed that it is customized and they put the diamonds on it. They also claimed that the watch comes in original Rolex box, however, even the box was a replica.
Anyways I returned it and they refunded me the same day they received the watch. I had to pay $100 for the shipping since I had to of course get insurance for it. And overall it was a hassle that was not worth it!
P.S. I checked their website and notice that they have changed the watch description after I told them that I will be taking legal actions!
