Hi, While I'm very happy with the quality of my tarot decks, unfortunately three decks have arrived with squashed corners, making them unsellable.

After inspecting the packaging, I believe the damage has occurred because the protective styrofoam was not placed around the edges of the parcel box. The decks that were protected by styrofoam around the perimeter arrived in perfect condition, while those without edge protection were the ones that sustained damage.

For future shipments, I would recommend ensuring that styrofoam is fitted around all sides of the parcel box, as this appears to provide excellent protection and should help prevent this issue from happening again.

As always, a great experience. The test pack arrived really quickly and I'm confident that we'll be producing another beautiful edition.

We had designed a deck of cards for a promo event and found Ivory Graphics online. From the minute we spoke the customer service was brilliant. Jade kept me informed the whole way through, even when there was a slight issue with one of the machines, I was kept informed and we still received our delivery well before the deadline. A big shout out to Jade who was brilliant, a great customer service experience with her.
