Top quality fencing
Top quality fencing. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Clever design. I am 82 and I managed to erect the fence with my wife's help. The fence looks good and I am very pleased with it.

Reassuringly expensive
Reassuringly expensive. Nothing comes close to Jackson's quality and longevity - I've been buying their kit for decades, when other people have replaced their fences multiple times over, the Jackson's fence just sits there, smugly shrugging off time.

The product was great however the…
The product was great however the service I received from this company was absolutely terrible one of the worst company’s I have worked with in terms of service, I asked for materials that we no longer needed to be collected and I waited over a month for them to be collected and refunded and well as being spoken to so rudely by certain staff members when I said I was not happy after being told 2 times they would collect, and did not.

And honest opinion…
The staff were very helpful to an old man loading heavy bales of shavings
I would like to add I’m sure the shavings a few years back were shavings not processed. I preferred them when they were complete shavings but I still keep coming back.

We appreciate your feedback about the shavings. While the product itself has not changed, the composition can vary naturally depending on the species and the sections of timber being processed each day. The shavings are not dust extracted, although improvements in our process mean they generally contain less dust than in previous years.

Once again your quality checking is sub standard.
Once again your quality checking is lacking as one panel was scratched in a couple of of slats but as I was cutting one panel short I didn't bother wasting time following my previous experience with your customer service.
In addition, (fortunately the same panel) one of the screws missed the target splitting the slat with a second screw inserted to fix it in place, leaving the spurious screw in place.

Please accept our apologies for the scratches and for the mistake with the screws. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know, as it helps us identify where things have gone wrong and improve our processes. We will be looking into this with the team to try to prevent a repeat in future. If you do happen to have any photos of the issues, we would be grateful if you could share them with us. We completely understand that this may no longer be possible, but anything you can provide would help support our investigation.
In relation to the screws, these are typically fired in using a nail or screw gun. It is possible that this was done twice in quick succession by mistake, and either went unnoticed or was not rectified at the time. This is something we will raise directly with the production team.

Well made gate
Was very pleased with wooden side gate and the efficient delivery. Even the handyman fitting gate commented on the sturdiness and asked for Jacksons details to recommend to a neighbour.
