What a great company
What a great company! We ordered a wash unit. It arrived super quick. Unfortunately it didn’t fit the area. I called about the dimensions of a different one and easily spoke to someone, she didn’t have all the info but passed me to someone else who promptly emailed me with a photo and dimensions of a different basin. A couple of days later I was called back by the first person, I told her I’d been emailed by her colleague. What service, you’re lucky to get to talk to a person these days but to get a call back is extraordinary! Really good company. Sorry if I got your names wrong but it was Gemma and maybe Sarah? I ordered a fridge
I ordered a fridge, it was delivered damaged due to FedEx forcing it through my front door and throwing it over my dog gate into my front room! My daughter was at the door and very upset by the driver( enough said) obviously contacted jacksons and they handled the situation perfectly, they organised collection of the damaged item and sent out a new one, I'd recommended them 100%
