I ordered an Oak hand rail and wall fixings at a very competitive price. . All came on the day i picked for delivery. Very well packaged for the transport and all arrived in perfect condition.
We changed the handrails and newel caps from painted to Oak. The delivery was prompt and the quality was superb. As a retired joiner I appreciate what to expect and I wasn’t disappointed

I thought I had already submitted this
I thought I had already submitted this, but my review was to the effect that, whilst I was happy with my purchase from you, I was disenchanted with the courier service. I was in communication with Joanne Wall several times.
I would suggest you change courier.
Thanks
