If there was a zero star option I would choose it. This is not simply poor quality - these people are fraudsters. I ordered a coat and when I realized from the Beijing confirmation information that it was obviously not genuine, I immediately cancelled it. The charge went through (although I was told they would refund since it was within hours) and I received neither the coat nor my money. They should be arrested for theft. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I looked at several other review sites and they were listed as "acceptable" - THEY ARE NOT! Total SCAM! The goods are NOT as described - cheap over priced knock-offs you wouldn't pay £1.00 for never mind £100! Many different company ID's, all crap!

COMPLETE CRAP. FRAUD. CHINA CRAP. ORDERED a coat for 80 Pounds and received a cheap T-shirt. SENT emails but no qualified answers. No Merchandise. Reported it to the credit Card company

FRAUDULENT WEBSITE - DO NOT USE

ordered a coat on 6th March 2018.. they took the money immediately, but no email confirmation, no response to subsequent emails and no coat! - now on 1st April - good day to be fooled! - do not go near. I am now contacting my bank to speak to counterfeit/scam department.

Very likely fraud. I purchased some items online, the order status still says pending and I did not get an email order confirmation. I tried contacting them but there is only an email form, no real email address, postal address or telephone contact information and no response to my email after 24 hours. I spoke to my bank this morning and they said no transaction had been put forward which is very strange, normally as soon as you click to confirm the order the request goes to the bank immediately. I looked on internet this morning and found that their website www .jaendesigns.com domain registration expired 16 March 2018 and was last checked 5th March 2018. As I used my credit card the bank has said that if the money does go through my account and they do not send the goods then the bank can step in to recover the money. As mentioned in other reviews, I will think twice when something looks too good to be true in the future.

Definitely fraud. Do not order from this site. I ordered a Barbour jacket, £95 went from my account. No jacket received,order was cancelled and no refund. I have emailed,but had no reply. This site should be thoroughly investigated

Do not purchase anything from this store. Money was drawn from my account, the order was cancelled and no one answers the emails. There is no telephone nor email address on the website. I've not received my money back, hence I'll be reporting the store.

I've definitely learned a lesson now myself when it comes to shopping online.

I ordered a Barbour Jacket from the above Web based company on 6.1.18 I should have guessed that as it was cheaper ! They debited my account the same day and I have not had any response at all from this point . They do not return emails , do not have any further contact details and have still got 'processing' on the account details . It has now been over 3 weeks and no action at all . Appalling customer service and I wonder if the company exists at all .
