We were greeted warmly on arrival and the staff member who dealt with us was friendly, helpful and listened to our requirements. She was polite and knowledgeable about the ring we wanted to buy to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary....we left the ring we chose to be sized and my engagement ring to be cleaned. When I returned the following day, the member of staff who had dealt with us was on leave of absence but another staff member showed the same attention to detail, friendliness and professional attitude as the lady had the day before. I was also so surprised by the fact that she had arranged for a bottle of champagne to be set aside for us...what a delightful and thoughtful gesture which was very much appreciated by both my husband and me.
I have used Jamieson and Carry before and enjoyed good service....our experience last week reinforced the message that it's the type of establishment we will certainly use again and will recommend to others.
We are delighted with the ring we chose...it is currently sparkling brightly on my finger in the knowledge that it's of high quality and should there be a problem we know we will be listened to and the problem dealt with effectively.

I am Ukrainian and have lived in Scotland (Glasgow) for 4 years. I chose to visit Aberdeen again this summer because I loved it so much last year. On the last day of my holiday, I was walking along the main street and decided to come in and try on some Tissot watches.
I didn't plan to buy one at that exact moment, but perhaps one day in the future.I took pictures of the watches I tried on and went back home feeling like I really needed that unique gold and green model. I started searching different shops in Glasgow, but no one could confirm they had it. Only one online seller I didn't know had it in London. I was upset and didn't want to risk paying a stranger, so I decided it would be better to look up your shop in Aberdeen on Google.
To be honest, I hadn't taken a business card and didn't remember the exact name of your shop, but I found it using Google Maps.I contacted the team, we discussed all the details and options, and I decided to buy it. Zein was absolutely professional and incredibly helpful with all my questions about the purchase and safe delivery. He even gave me a discount and shipped it so fast that I was delighted to receive it much earlier than expected!
Omg, it is such a wonderful watch. It is bright and radiant, exactly like my personality! Your first-class, fantastic service, attention to detail, beautiful packaging, and fast delivery—everything was top-tier. It is the best birthday gift to myself ever.
The only thing I need to do now is get the bracelet resized to fit my wrist perfectly.

Charlie was so helpful with helping us pick out our wedding bands. Nothing felt an issue. Was not pushy and after a sale. Had a good knowledge and listened to our ideas and concerns.
