Went to a retail store and they didn't have what I wanted in stock, but they offered to order it and have it in store for pick-up in a few days. I said ok. Something happened with the delivery that THEY didn't insure and the sales representative asked me to pay $50 for the shipping. Like are you kidding me? You don't insure expensive jewelry you send out through the mail and you want me to cover the shipping when something bad happens to it? It's a beautiful piece, don't get me wrong, but the experience I had to get it was less than average especially for what I paid.
Still waiting for a “refund check” for an item i already returned to the store because it was a gift. It’s been two months. Avoid dealing with these people at all costs
Long time client here, I ordered a simple paper clip necklace for me nieces college graduation. Delivery was prompt, arrived in a large, beautiful, felt necklace box. Far above my expectations. Jared goes above and beyond whether in the brick & mortar store or online. Customer service has been, in my experience accommodating and professional.
Horrible experience with this company!! I ordered two anklets and a Pandora charm. Never received the items!! I called them constantly to let them know that I didn’t receive the items, they accused me of lying!! I spoke to several different customer service reps and “supervisors”. After 5 months of investigations, they finally refunded my money!! Will never order from them again!!
On, 1/8/2021 I ordered a 2018 Pandora ornament and charm gift. I received the item today, 1/12/2021. Upon pulling the Pandora box out of the shipping box the top of the box fell off and the ornament, delicate, fell on the ground and the bead flew across the room... because whom ever packed it didn’t rubber band or tape the box closed. Although nothing g was broken, I messaged Jared website with regards to the item. The woman I spoke with was helpful and stated she would take note of it to her supervisor. I then proceeded to ask her about cleaning the bead as I received it completely tarnished... the bead, where it should be bright white and sparkly silver around the stones and enameling is completely tarnished. She gave me link to Pandora for cleaning instructions. As I look on Pandora, I see I have none of the items to be able to clean this. I shouldn’t receive an item I just purchased and have it Arrive tarnished and then have to clean it that ridiculous. This was a gift for someone, now I have to do the leg work to make it presentable.
