Awful experience
Awful experience. Placed an order for a replacement plate. Argued with me about sizing as I have a 6 digit dateless plate but apparently it’s 7 (it is not) Requested a refund and still waiting for my money back almost two weeks later.

Hi Spoony,
Thanks for 1 star review. If you 6 digit registration was a row of 4 (with no I's or 1's) and a row of 2, then the plate would have to be our 7 character plate which is 228mm wide.
Normally, 6 character plates are a row of 3 and another row of 3 which is only 6 characters wide. If you have 4 characters wide then obviously you need to go wider...
