Jewel Cars Gatwick Avis 

Our flight was delayed so we were about 45 mins later than our pickup time but there was no issue and our driver Ahmed was waiting for us when we got to the pickup zone. He was 20 mins early for our return flight pickup but was happy to wait while we packed our last few bits. I would highly recommend.

Travelling with kids, we picked Jewell for a transfer as they included car seats. Driver arrived as agreed (30 mins later than normal so we could feed said kids), he was helpful and calm - no stress or rush as we dealt with tired kids.

I have been to his taxi service, his dive is smooth and gentle. He was also so polite and pleasant, highly recommended.

I have recently used Jewel Cars to go Gatwick Airport. With two small kids we were required to car seats which were offered without any extra cost. Driver was really professional and his car was clean. It was really a great experience. Will definitely used Jewel Car again.

Needed child seats for two toddlers. They offered that option in advance, driver came with them. Ride was comfortable and family‑friendly. Big plus for accommodating special requests.

I paid extra for a meet and greet and the driver wasn’t waiting not there waiting upon arrival and we were forced to wait for an hour despite him saying that he was there.
No offer was made to help with bags at drop off. They were also not apologetic when the issue was conveyed do not recommend.

Fabulous service from the ease of booking to the two drivers that collected us and then dropped off . Waiting for us even though we had a few hours delay which mean a very late night - really appreciated the excellent service and will be our go to moving forward for travelling . Much easier than taking the car .

Jewel cars Gatwick I think is the best taxi company for Gatwick Airport. I needed two child seats for my kids they provided me the option online to book and driver came with them as promised so I was really happy and journey was very comfortable all the way. This review is with very heavy heart. The booking and outward collection were exceptional. The driver was just lovely and assisted with luggage and great car very comfortable. However the arrivals collection was awful. The driver was lovely to talk with but no assistance with luggage not at pick up point wondered off whilst I struggled with trolley. Car was very grubby ( I had done dessert safari and car immaculate ) and inside there was litter in boot and seat pockets.

The worst part though is that he was facilitated and let down by the office staff.

Three women who frankly were utterly useless
Travelling as a lone female having the registration number vehicle type and driver ( as happened first journey ) the staff hung up calls and the car was literally parked a long way from arrivals the driver was not at the collection point with other drivers.

I would not recommend on this basis. The office staff totally let down hard working drivers and not doing admin correctly I would say on this basis it is not a safe or reliable service

We booked the service to pick us up in Southampton. They did not come. When we called we were told they do not pick up in Southampton even though it was an option through online booking. When we called, the person who spoke to us was very rude. This service cannot be trusted
