Jewelryandfindings Avis

Products as advertised, well packaged and arrived earlier than expected.

Very good company. Lots of jewelry and findings, gemstones and even packages. Customer service answers quickly and always helpful.

Wonderful site, have used 5 times now items are all great quality and shipping times are fast and prices are incredible. Just set up a small business and this site is now my go to for stock.

I ordered 45 items including different beads, spacers, and findings. All of the items were as described. And even more beautiful than the pictures. All were great quality.
If an item was out of stock, they sent me a notification and I could choose something else, get a refund, or put the money in store cash.

The shipping to USA was 14 days from order time to arriving at my door!

I have already placed another large order.

I found this website by accident and was surprised at how low the prices are compared to other sites. The shipping is a bit more but with the super low prices, it's totally worth it. I've ordered a few times now and have not yet been disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to combine my two orders that I placed in one day, saving me on shipping.
Keep up the great work!

I’ve been a customer for about a month now and have made a few purchases already and what great experience each time! Wonderful selection, terrific quality, excellent prices and the customer service rep (Amber) IS THE BEST🤩 She’s always speedy to respond to my (several) inquiries. I’m hooked, that’s all there is to it~

Great products, excellent communication. Very happy overall with all my orders.

Always been super happy with items from this store for my earring business

This is the best website that I have ever come across. They have the best quality and a variety of products. Everything is so well packed and organized. Have ordered from them multiple times.

Great findings and very prompt delivery. Very well packaged

Jewelry and Findings always has a vast selection of products at very good prices! I've ordered multiple times & have never had an issue with any of my orders! Five stars all round!

I am very pleased with the whole experience of ordering from Jewelryandfindings! The inventory is diverse and offers everything I am looking for to help build my small home business of original jewelry designs. Many of the findings were unique and not the "same old" designs...exactly what I was looking for! The discounts offered make it affordable and the discount on shipping was absolutely wonderful! once the order was packaged...about a weeks time, the shipment came in about 5 days to Massachusetts! I thank you kindly, Catherine

I was a little skeptical about this company initially, but I ordered anyway. I'm glad I did. They sent everything I ordered and it came in just a few days. I will order here again.

I've ordered from this company based on the ratings here and most seem satisfied. I've just had a message that my package will be delayed because they are closed until 18th June because of covid restrictions. Fair enough, but they've been closed since 4th June and still accepted my order on the 6th without indication of would be delayed. That is poor form and please be aware if you are ordering!

Just received my first order and was amazed at the quality of products and speed of delivery. Kept fully up to date with order which arrived ahead of schedule. Great products, great service and great company,

I love jewelryandfindings! Their products are of excellent quality. They get the orders together quickly and get them shipped out fast! I’ve been very impressed with every order!!

Ive ordered a few times and will order again...excellent quality at a good price...shipping also was fast to south africa...customer service to me excellent...if i ask a question i always got an answer...thank you for an outstanding service

I had a question about a product and Amber was excellent and helped me get the product that I needed. Their products are very reasonably priced and let me build my small business that I have. The shipping is faster than I expected also! I am a repeat customer and will continue to order from them.

I have had an excellent experience ordering from Jewelry and Findings and will definitely be a repeat customer!
The quality of the items far exceeded my expectations and the shipping was very fast and well packaged. When a certain bead took a while to restock (it was during the Spring Festival, so understandable) the customer service was extremely helpful and offered a variety of options on how to resolve the issue (wait, exchange with a discount, or refund). I ordered many products, and all arrived in perfect condition with no issues.
Thank you Jewelry and Findings for the excellent experience!
