Going the extra mile
Upon finding out the part I needed was unavailable, I received an voice mail notifying me of the situation.
In calling the return number in the VM, I spoke with Lucas. He was able to order the part from a Partner company for delivery next week. This preserves the time critical schedule that we are under.
Cant wait to have the part in hand.

We had a return and were getting the runaround from Amazon and the manufacturer about who was responsible. Ryan from JMAC helped us out and was absolutely invaluable in getting our return processed. Communication was excellent and Ryan let us know the progress at every turn. JMAC is lucky to have such a fantastic employee in Ryan.
