I bought a couple of courses and Jobprep central was one of them. A friend told me about it and it is great - I'm really happy with this course.

They are good team and on the course dashboard there is this live chat option where they reply immediately.

There is a good number of map reading questions - a section I feared the most. The multitasking is tougher that the actual test but that's probably because it's meant to prepare you.

I am going to recommend this prep to everyone preparing for the Criticall test.

I used JobPrepCentral for my Wonderlic prep and found it really useful, especially for getting used to the time pressure. The practice questions covered a good range of topics, and the timed tests helped me work on speed without rushing through everything. I also liked being able to review my mistakes and see where I was losing time. Overall, it made me feel much more comfortable with the strict timing of the actual test.

I highly recommend jobprepcentral.com to anyone who is looking to prepare CCAT. I tried a lot of self prep using AI and YouTube videos but ended up getting more and more confused. After a lot of research I purchased this prep because it was affordable. The level of depth and coverage was huge( I couldn’t go through all of it). However, I went through each & every practice quiz and that’s all I needed for prep. They have a lot of full size simulations with a strict timer and that’s all you need if you are short of time.

I purchased the JobPrepCentral NYPD Exam Prep expecting current, relevant practice material that would closely reflect the 2026 DCAS exam requirements and question style. After reviewing the course, I was disappointed with the material and did not feel the questions were aligned closely enough with what I expected for the actual exam.

The experience was frustrating from the start. I made the payment, but the website continued asking me to pay again, so I had to contact support just to get access to something I had already purchased.

After looking through the course, I requested a refund because I was not satisfied with what I received. Instead of a straightforward resolution, the process turned into a long back-and-forth with customer support, and my refund request was ultimately denied.

I was especially disappointed because the website promotes a money-back guarantee, yet getting a refund was far more difficult than I expected. I had to follow up again later just to find out what had happened with my request.

Overall, I was disappointed with the course content, the initial access issue, and the refund experience. For something as important as NYPD exam preparation, I expected more confidence in the material and a much smoother customer-service process.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend JobPrepCentral's NYPD Exam Prep. Read the refund terms carefully before purchasing.

I was completely intimidated by the CritiCall Test. I was scared to death, honestly. Many of you probably are, too. It was my first time taking the test and I knew there is an 85% fail rate for first time testers, so I was desperate to find some way to prepare.

PLEASE, PLEASE, trust me when I say that SpeedRun Prep for Dispatchers and SpeedRun Prep for CritiCall are high quality preparation tools. There's no scam here. There's no b.s. Just real, valuable, practical tools that help you develop and hone the skills you need for the test.

I purchased a subscription about a month before my CritiCall Test. I worked on the modules every day (literally every day...no days off). I passed the CritiCall test on my first attempt with a 98% grade.

I couldn't believe my score when I read the email from the department I am applying to. Honestly. I couldn't believe it. But that's how well prepared I was. Thanks in large part to the preparation tools provided in the SpeedRun courses.

I knew that the test I was taking was not going to involve much math, if any, so that's the only module I didn't study in SpeedRun. However the Keyboarding, Data Entry, Call Summarization (both with and without Decision Making), Probability, Prioritization, Cross Referencing, Map Reading, Spelling, Sentence Clarity, and Proofreading modules were almost exactly what I faced on the actual CritiCall Test.

If you get one of the SpeedRun courses and you dedicate yourself to practicing a little bit EVERY DAY, you will be giving yourself the best chance to succeed.

You are going to fail the tests in the SpeedRun courses...but that's ok. It's just practice. Take them every day and fail them. Study, practice, and take them again, and again, and again. You'll learn. You'll get better. You'll develop the skills and you'll start passing the SpeedRun tests. More than that, you will develop the skills you need to pass CritiCall. I swear.

SpeedRun gets you accustomed to the pressure involved with the test, the format of the test, and what to expect from the unique challenges in each module. So, get the course and use it. The more that you work through the practice modules, the more accustomed you will get to the pressure and the format. Get all of your nerves and intimidation out in your practice on SpeedRun. That's what I did.

All of this is not to mention that the support team at Job Prep Central is outstanding. They responded to every one of my questions promptly. They helped me with a few minor issues that I needed help with and, ironically, the support team became part of my personal support system and cheering section as I was going into the test. They are good people who take pride in their work.

If you are intimidated like I was and you want something solid to base your preparation on like I did, please, please, please, get a SpeedRun course AND USE IT. Throw yourself against the challenges in the course every day. Track your progress on the Dashboard. Don't worry about low scores at first, but don't settle for low scores. The course will help you get better, but you also have to show up and use it. It's not going to take the test for you.

As you might have noticed, I can't say enough good things about SpeedRun and Job Prep Central. So, I'll end it here. I've still got a long way to go until I'm actually hired by the department I applied to...but I wouldn't have passed CritiCall and be this far along in the process without SpeedRun. Facts.

I was struggling with some job hiring exams for a while, then I see the pattern of usage. I researched for a lot of days & found this website along with some others. They sell prep resources for job hiring exams, I tried 3 courses from 3 different website just to cover my base. The material provided from this helped me a lot & actually aligned me nearest to the exam. This helped boosted a lot of confidence in me. The only issue I found was the duration, while I get 30 days on one & 90 days on another, I only got 15 days of prep here, although it was half the price, I had to buy twice in order to study for 30 days. I recommend them if you want to prepare for CCAT exam or crossover ccat, some people call it criteria ccat.

I tried the free practice test and wasn’t sure at first if I should get the course. I’m glad I did. What I loved is you can practice specific topics one by one. Other sites only do big practice tests, and this just worked better for me. I’d recommend JobPrep Center, happy I found them!

I took the free practice exam to try to get an idea of what the test would be like. There were 11 questions, and the test is very fast-paced. There is a timer at the top of the page, which allows you to see the time and answer before time runs out. When it gave me my results, it showed there were actually 25 questions, though it gave me 11 and said I ran out of time on each question, which I didn't.
In the map section, I had to identify a route to get from Point A to Point B. The result given was a route that didn't even match the map provided.
I will give it 2 stars because the website may be good for practice, but it's extremely confusing. Based on the free sample, I would not spend money on this.
On top of all this, they show reviews on their website, but they don't say where the reviews are from. They make the reviews look like they're from Trust Pilot, but I couldn't find them listed when I searched on TP (until now).
